September 28th, 2009 at 4:42 pm
This is a shout out to the one called, “D.C”. It is a shame that you could believe that this most magazine that has as it seems a timeless existance and which has spread all of not just the hip hop news but has also been very informative concerning the politics with inspiring young folks to get involved with voting and other community affairs. The Vibe didn’t do that! This is why the Vibe didn’t make it, it simply didn’t reach out to the youth and bring new ideas and information to them that was stimulating or to encourage them to move into the next equinox of creativity. The source is much more informative and reaches out in all dimentions concerning not just the new music, but it also informs you about the highs and the lows of all the rap artist. It gets personal! And thats what we need as a continual fresh magazine and we will always bring you as customers and supporters what you deserve! We are moving in the rhthem of the now! This is why we still exist, with no holds bared! Learn to move with us in the stream of things, because they are ever changing! Glenn
September 28th, 2009 at 4:52 pm
Shout out to RUSH BRIM! You are so right brother. If so called G, thought the way you did, there would be less brothers and sisters upstate. Most folks upstate are there simply because they put their trust in someone who they believed had their backs. But in the end, they found out after being sentenced to whatever that there was absolutely no LOYALTY on the streets! Peace out and keep reading the source! Glenn Cox.

THE SOURCE MAG IS THE WAY TO GO. THE MAG IS GIVING REAL STREET DUDES A CHANCE TO DO THEY THING. IN THE FREE WORLD. NOW WHAT OTHER MAG IS DOING THAT. COMING FROM A REAL STREET DUDE
September 28th, 2009 at 5:03 pm
Shout out to Sneezy! Well sneezy, it seems that you are concerned about wheres Baby? He is there don’t you see him? Don’t you see him in Lil, Wayne, don’t you hear his creativity in Wayne? Don’t you see his perfect idea of what a rapper of the new millenia can be in Wayne? Can’t you feel Baby’s plan of what rap music can be like in Wayne? He may not be there in the physical with Wayne, but he is there, just open up your mind and you will feel it! Glenn Cox
September 28th, 2009 at 5:03 pm
YOU ASK WHERE IS BOW WOW SO WAY STRESSING ABOUT HOW HE IOSE THAT SEXY ASS WOMAN WHATS HER NAME AGAIN. WHATEVER IT SHES A SEXY LADY. N SHE DOING HER THING IN THE MUSIC BIZ.
September 28th, 2009 at 5:07 pm
I THINK THE COVER IS RIGHT ON POINT, WHO EVER U LOOKING FOR MOST BE HOME SAYING THE SAME THING THAT UR SAYING.
September 28th, 2009 at 5:08 pm
Shout out to Yezzboll! Well if the cover of Wayne attracted you to see the main man, Lil Wayne on the cover of this months Source magazine, well then we did our job! Peace out! Glenn COX
September 28th, 2009 at 6:03 pm
Whoever is Eminems son, if you say “FUCK THE SOURCE”, then you say, why the hell do we tap into the source of every free flowing creative thing that makes our ears open up when we hear this thing called RAP! This magazine is the entire source of everything that is who we are as not a subculture, but simply a CULTURE! JUST LEARN TO FLOW WITH THE SOURCE OF ALL THINGS! Glenn Cox
September 28th, 2009 at 6:10 pm
Yo Gazz! What difference does it mean, if the only photo that you see is the new weezy one. If that is all that you are interested in, that won’t make you much more dimentional in your information. There is alot more in this magazine of interest, then just freaking out over just noticing the as you put it “one photo of weezy”! We’re bigger then the photos by themselves. Glenn C.
September 28th, 2009 at 6:48 pm
There you go with that short minded stuff again, jc. weezy! Everything ain’t just moving on photo shoots! Sometimes you have to be creative and use your imagination to go with other sources that life brings your way, things that bring a positive and spontaneous change in things. Kind of like in a relationship with a chick! Dig it, jc.weezy! You do know how to be spontaneous, don’t you? Glenn C.
September 28th, 2009 at 6:57 pm
Shout out to F! Right now it ain’t Bow Wow’s time right now, but even though we all know that Brother Bow Wow, is the man, and he definately has alot to bring to the table, its just not his time right now, Everything moves in a rythem, thats just the way of life on this plane of existance! Peace out! Glenn C.
September 28th, 2009 at 8:35 pm
Whats up eaSy! I am very happy to see that you appreciate a great cover and as we move into a newer change of life and of music, you will find that everything is all good, as we used to say back in the days. It is for all of us to be intuned with what the imagination brings us on these covers of the source magazine. Thanks for reading the most popular magazine in the world! The man of Steel!
September 28th, 2009 at 8:58 pm
Shour out to the Dead Civilian!whats up with all of that hate? If it were so, that the the source was on the same course of destruction as the Vibe magazine which melted down years ago, don’t you think that we would be long gone by now! But it seems simply that it is not apart of our destiny for that to happen! Our destiny, is simply to bring you and all our readers the most informative and creative ideas that the hip hop world can bring to all of our supporters. We move in the new age Dead Civilian, and I would have thought you would have seen that. Don’t believe in that name “Dead Civilian” so much, that it places a veil over your eyes to not see the greatness of what intuition can bring to the cover. The man of Steel”!
September 28th, 2009 at 10:14 pm
i fucks with source its just so many haters outthere that yall dont have a real chance to see which mag is the shit dig. check this if u dont like what u read take out some time n write to them n let them know what the hood want to know thats what i do dig. rushbrim
September 28th, 2009 at 10:19 pm
To all of you cats out there who be hating and really don’t know what the hell your talking about. You ain’t never been thru any type of initiation of any kind whether it be in the streets, or even doing a bid up north. If it were so, you would see the realness of the Source magazine and how it has reached even to the bowels of not just the ghettos, but also to the bowels of the underworld of the prison population and has kept us all informed and relaxed in our suffering times, when ya’ll thought you were to good to come visit us, only a bottom feeder couldn’t have the inner perception to see how active and inovative the Source really is. The Source held us down! Peace out!”The Man of Steel”!
September 29th, 2009 at 3:50 pm
whats the deal homey. i just read your words. me myself like the source. ithere is alot of things can be better with the mag. however it help me do ten years in jail dig, getting that mag every mouth help to know what to wear n what was poping when i can home dig. do what i do when i dont like what i read i hit them up a let them know whats really good. let them know what your hood want to know about n i beleave they would found out for u. or tell your story because they always looking for new things to talk about dig rushbrim 59
September 29th, 2009 at 4:10 pm
I notice that there are a lot of people who are still confused about whether the Source cover is wack or if it is still one of the most moving covers concerning all of the other straight garbage mags, that I definately see being sold in the hood. All I’m saying is that you look around, and whos left? What is left for us as a moving and lively culture that has taken over the music world, to actually read, that applies to our interest! What other magazine is stepping to its buisness to inform us of all the latest info? Why are we still constantly afraid of moving into things that don’t agreee with our own notions of what we think that it should look like or we’re used to this and we are used to that. Its time to let those folks at the source do their thing in how they choose to let nature run through them on how it chooses. Peace out! The Man of Steel!
September 29th, 2009 at 4:19 pm
i hear u homey about the cover of the mag it could ev been put together a little better. what u should do is put a cover together n send it to the source to show them what a cover suppose to look like. fuck around they might put u on with the mag dig homey. i dont think they got anybody from the hood u might be a the one that can bring this mag back on point dig.
September 29th, 2009 at 4:27 pm
whats the deal young blood i raid your words n it was funny if u look at it like that. however i dont think they got it from a web site. the mag have sources to get they info. however that would be crazy if that was the case dig. i just hope not. be easy homey. RUSH BRIM 59

Yeah, yesterday I was on the 4 train heading out to Brooklyn, and when I got of at Borohall over on Court Street, I noticed there on the ground, still fresh a Source magazine. And there were about 4 to 5 peeps walking ahead of me, but as I tried to scurry to see what addition it was, I noticed Lil Wayne on the cover, my man I said, but when I tried to get in position to pick it up, a couple of young G’s grabbed it off the ground and one said, Yo man! This shit is a classic, this is our heritage. what da fuck man! I looked at him and his crew and smiled to myself and said Yeah! The Source is still holding it down for us, no one else is. Peace out! The Man of Steel!

Yo! That cover is hot! All thats on the cover is all that it needs, Lil Wayne is at the top of his game, and He is the cover to any magazine or for that matter a true representive of he Rap Game, at least for now. So its good that the Source chose him to grace the cover of their magazine. Its colorful, like Wayne’s Rap is, and its vibriant, just like Lil Wayne still is. Keep Reping Source. Peace out! The Man of Steel!

From the peeps out here in the streets, we trying to figure out what da hell is ya’ll talking about. We don’t get it! When we had nothing then ya’ll wasn’t satisfied. Complaining like kids and crying that the culture won’t do this and won’t let us do that, but now its time to recognize that we finally have a magazine that cares. I was definately feeling that Source cover and I know that they bring us the most Rap info of the streets and music info, then whats out here, so I ain’t hating on the Source or complaining. Peace out! The Man of Steel!
September 29th, 2009 at 5:53 pm
