*This is a real ass statement though, and I want you all to think about it, and not just blow it off like nothing. People want to know the key to Lil Wayne’s success? It’s GOD first and foremost, but the passion, and a true love for what it is that he does is very much inside of him. If you look at any rapper in the game who made big money, or is making BIG MONEY like Wayne, Tupac, Big, Jay-Z, whoever, they’ve been expressing themselves musically since they were wearing underwear with action figures on em, and by the time they were int heir 20′s they were millionaires. More than likely you can find an interview out there on YouTube somewhere, about how they grew up as little kids looking at hustlers and other rappers with all the money and success, and they wanted to have it, so bad that they’d do anything to have it. The above rappers, hustled and worked they asses off, and that’s why they made it. You can’t just want to do this for the money, cars, clothes, and hoes. Those are perks that come with the game, but in order to truly blow up, rapping, writing, poetry, lyricism, entertaining, and great work ethic, have to be in your veins. Wayne shot himself rapping. He was a kid doing drugs, ans selling drugs. The hood is really in him, and that’s why he raps about it so passionately and gives it his all. You can tell the Bubblegum from the real shit. I think Wayne kind of had to sell out a little when he went mainstream to make more money, but he’s angry inside, and I think this 8 months will give him time to re-evaluate alot of his past choices and what’s to come in the future. God works in mysterious ways people. Yep!
