Lil Wayne’s “Rebirth” Not Pushed Back
Lil Wayne‘s Rebirth has seen constant delays over the past year, but for once, the album is not being pushed back.
Contrary to reports that it had been moved to June, the rapper’s oft-delayed foray into rock is still scheduled for release on February 2, Universal Motown confirms to Rap-Up.com. Exactly one week later on February 9, Wayne is likely to be sentenced and report to prison for almost a year on gun charges.
Rebirth surfaced online when it was prematurely shipped to around 500 Amazon.com customers last month. The final tracklisting may change due to the leak.

Awesome! I hope there are new songs, I liked the leaked one but I know it won’t be popular, I bet Knockout will be cause there’s always one song I hate that gets more popular than the others.
Maybe a song with Fall Out Boy, or maybe one with him rapping over stringed instruments like Viva La Vida? I liked I Am Not A Human, maybe that will make the cut.

At this point i’d be pretty risky to release the album with the same original tracklist from the Amazon leak. I’d say if he didn’t change the tracklist, the album may not achieve full expectations like the We are Young Money album. But due to the high anticipation Rebirth has been recieveing I’m sure it’ll do fine anyways. btw @ Lil Jon what’s wrong with The Price Is Wrong? that was a good song, not a good ending to the album without the bonus tracks I’d say, but still good.
