This week’s “Feature Friday” post is Lloyd‘s “You” single featuring Lil Wayne. The Big Reese and Jasper Cameron co-produced song appears on Lloyd‘s Street Love album that was released back in 2007.

T-Pain Says The T-Wayne Album Is Still In Talks To Be Released, Has A Song With Lil Wayne Dropping Soon

T-Pain recently sat down with Marc Lamont Hill from The Huffington Post to promote his upcoming greatest hits album, T-Pain Presents Happy Hour: The Greatest Hits, dropping on November 4th.

At the 21:10 mark of the interview, Pain mentions that his collaboration album with Lil Wayne called T-Wayne is still in talks to be released and that Weezy had sent him a song over the weekend that is “pretty nice”, which he will be dropping “soon”.

Also during the conversation, which you can watch in the video below, T-Pain joked that Tunechi has probably dropped 3 new mixtapes since he has been taking part this interview haha! That part can be seen at the 20:45 mark.

Lil Wayne Reveals The Features For His Tha Carter 5 Album

If you watched Lil Wayne‘s public service announcement last night, you would of seen that Wayne showed off a tentative tracklisting for his upcoming Tha Carter V album, which we know now will be released in two parts with the first part dropping on December 9th.

From looking at the tracklist, you can see that Drake, Justin Timberlake, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, Young Thug, Reginae Carter, Mikky Ekko, B.o.B, Flow, 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Christina Milian, Young Jeezy, and Gudda Gudda will all be featured on C5.

Weezy did mention on the PSA that there will be more songs added, so don’t expect the tracklist we saw to be exact when the final project is released. Also, Mannie Fresh is not listed as a feature and he confirmed that he would be appearing on the album various times. The song “Side Bitch” is also not listed.

Lil Wayne Explains Why He Pushed Back His Tha Carter 5 Album

Lil Wayne has released a video explaining to his fans why his Tha Carter V album is not available in stores today.

In the clip, Tunechi says that he has been working too hard on Tha Carter V and that he will be releasing parts of C5 on different dates. The first part of the album will drop on December 9th.

The great news is that Wayne also premiered a brand new single off the first part of Tha Carter V called “Gotti” featuring The Lox (Styles P and Jadakiss).

In this interview, the #1 Stunna discussed Lil Wayne‘s Tha Carter V album being pushed back, Nicki Minaj‘s The Pinkprint album also being pushed back, how Young Thug reminds him of Wayne, and more.

Also during the conversation, Baby listed the upcoming projects that he hopes to drop in 2015, as well as confirmed that his collaboration album with Weezy called Like Father, Like Son 2 will still be released.
