Lil Wayne Visits The Children Hospital Of New Orleans On Boxing Day

We first saw a photo of Lil Wayne visiting Kiron 2 days ago, and now we can see 4 more pictures of Wayne at the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans on December 26th.

According to a rep of Weezy, he decided to visit the Louisiana hospital on Boxing Day while he was home for the holidays and to brighten up the kid’s Christmas a little bit more:

“Wayne visited Children’s Hospital of New Orleans the day after Christmas while he was at home for the holidays. The purpose of the visit wasn’t for any special reason or for publicity. He just had it on his heart to visit these kids in hopes to brighten up their holiday a little more.”

You can check out a few more pics of Tunechi with the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans staff after the jump below!

Feature Friday #90: Flo Rida – American Superstar (Feat Lil Wayne)

Flo Rida American Superstar Feat Lil Wayne

It’s that time of the week again! This week’s “Feature Friday” post is Flo Rida‘s “American Superstar” track featuring a hook, verse and outro from Lil Wayne.

The Honorable C.N.O.T.E.-produced song can be found on Flo‘s debut album, Mail On Sunday, which was released back in 2008.

“DJ Khaled say it’s a movie, now don’t forget your lines; Cause you don’t want me to edit, before we roll the credits; Bitch give me my credit, I’m so energetic; I’m fucking like a rabbit, smoking on lettuce; Whatever I want I get it, I meant it if I said; And I say I keep a pump, and I ain’t talking unleaded”

You can listen to “American Superstar” below!

Lil Wayne Visits A Paralyzed Fan In Hospital After He Was Shot In His Spine

Lil Wayne Visits A Paralyzed Fan In Hospital After He Was Shot In His Spine

Kiron, who is from New Orleans, was shot earlier this month on December 9th and is currently paralyzed from the waist down after having a bullet stuck in his spine.

I don’t have anymore details about the situation other than the fact that Kiron had one of his idols, Lil Wayne, come and visit him in the hospital.

This was a kind act from Wayne to do, but of course most websites won’t report news like this as they would only rather post the negative things. LilWayneHQ wishes you the best Kiron and hopes you get better soon!

Nas Mentions Lil Wayne As One Of His Favorite New Generation Rappers

Nas recently sat down with REVOLT‘s vice chairman Andre Harrell for an interview about hip-hop, politics, racism, and more.

During their conversation, Nas was asked who are his favorite MCs of the “new generation” to which he replied: “J. Cole, Kendrick, Drake, Wayne, Rick Ross”.

You can watch Nas name his top 5 favorite rappers after the jump below. I’m happy he named Lil Wayne in his top 5 list, but I wouldn’t classify him as a “new generation” rapper, would you?
