Lil Wayne & 50 Cent Meet At Mayweather & Cotto Fight

After Floyd Mayweather Jr. beat his opponent Miguel Cotto last night at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas to take the WBA light-middleweight title, Lil Wayne, 50 Cent and Justin Bieber all made their way in to the ring to congratulate him on his win and undefeated record.

Fiddy and Weezy also had a little conversation face-to-face, which is actually the first time they have both met since 50 started beef with Tune a few years ago.

Birdman Calls Lil Wayne’s New Deal With Cash Money Records: “The Biggest In Urban Music”

After shooting his parts for his cameo in the “Take It To The Head” music video in L.A., Birdman spoke with Sway from MTV about Lil Wayne signing a new four-album deal with Cash Money Records and what Tunechi is to YMCMB. Baby says that the type of deal they agreed on has never been done in urban music before and it is probably the biggest deal ever in urban music! Even though the #1 Stunna wouldn’t confirm the exact figures in the new contract, rumors have circulated online that it was for around $150 million :o

“YMCMB start and stop with Wayne; it ain’t no YMCMB without Wayne. The type of situation we did never been done in urban music; it’s probably the biggest deal ever in urban music. I’m blessed to even do that – whatever my son want, he can get. It’s all his anyway, so it don’t really matter to me. That’s one of our goals, and the move we just made was a big move to that, to make sure the pioneer of it, which is Wayne.”

Check out some behind the scenes footage from DJ Khaled‘s “Take It To The Head” video shoot featuring Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj above. The video, which is being directed by Colin Tilley, was shot in Los Angeles and will include cameos from Bow Wow, Birdman, Trey Songz, Drake, Mack Maine, Busta Rhymes and more. Khaled‘s Kiss The Ring album will be released this summer.

Yesterday, Lil Wayne attended the Denver Nuggets vs. Los Angeles Lakers game at the Staples Center in California with Mack Maine, T@ and Jimmy Iovine. In this post, you can see photos of Weezy wearing some dope red TRUKFIT shorts, as well as some dark red ugg boots. Also in the pic above, you can see that Tune has got a new tattoo right next to his heart tattoo on the right side of his eye, but I am not quite sure exactly what it represents.
