Wow, Cash Money CEO’s Birdman and Slim buy Lil Wayne the new 2012 Bentley and Mack Maine a Rolls Royce Ghost! You can watch some footage of Baby and Slim showing Weezy and Mack their new cars that are waiting in the studio parking lot in the video above, courtesy of Derick G. The first thing Tunechi does after thanking his bosses is drive his Bentley to the other end of the car park to go skateboarding.

Complex recently spoke with YMCMB boss Birdman about the status of a few of the forthcoming projects Young Money and Cash Money are getting ready to release. Baby says Lil Wayne has finished recording his I Am Not A Human Being II album and will drop it before Summer this year (but I think we all know there will be some push-backs). The 5 Star Stunna also says him and Weezy have finished with their Like Father, Like Son II: Tha Last Mob album, and speaks on I Can’t Feel My Face, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded and Bigga Than Life.

On Lil Wayne’s I Am Not A Human Being 2:
“Wayne’s got an album he’s about to drop real soon. Its called I am not a Human Being 2. It’s gonna be before the summer for sure. We haven’t picked the date yet. Whenever he’s ready to drop his album, we’re gonna make it do what it do. He’s definitely got an album done and ready to go. Wayne works a lot. There’s no telling if Rebirth 2 will happen. But I know for sure we’ve got I Am Not A Human Being 2 ready to go. That’s the next project.”

On Like Father, Like Son 2:
“We got that finished too. We’ve been recording that. We never stopped recording for that. We got songs we want. When we get ready to drop it, we’ll probably do that in the 4th quarter. Wayne wants to do the I am Not a Human Being 2 and I want to do my solo album too, so we’ll probably do that later on.”

On I Can’t Feel My Face, the Juelz Santana & Lil Wayne album:
“I don’t know. I know Juelz and Wayne talk a lot and do work a lot but that’s on them. Whatever Juelz and Wayne do we’re gonna support that. But I know the next album my son puts out is going to be I am Not a Human Being 2.”

On Nicki Minaj’s Roman Reloaded:
“I just came from listening to her album. She’s grown so much as an artist. She’s so talented that this shit is scary. Like, wow she really is the female Weezy. Hands down she bad as a motherfucker. Her talents, skills, and what she done with her music and the way she is in front of a camera. She’s just so talented to be so young. It’s a brand new style. I’m just so glad she’s on our team.”

On his upcoming album, Bigger Than Life:
“I could say its one of my best projects. We always say that but I mean you’re supposed to always get better with time/ We got so much growth, experience, and we’re surrounded by great, young talent. They make it so easy for me to do music and I’m still enjoying it. I don’t love nothing more in life—outside of God and my family—than working with this music and turning these youngsters into superstars.”

A few days ago, Miami Heat took on Los Angeles Lakers at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida. You can view a photo above and a photo after the jump of Lil Wayne sitting courtside at the game eating some popcorn.

Also after the jump, you can view some footage that has only just surfaced online of Tunechi backstage at the 2011 BET Awards from June 26th last year. In the video, you can see Weezy dancing on his own backstage and then performing “Hustle Hard Remix” with Ace Hood, DJ Khaled and Rick Ross. What you all might find funny is how much Drake, Cortez Bryant and Birdman was loving the performance from the front row

Man, it’s been a slow week with Tune news.

Above, Lil Wayne gives Karmaloop a shout out at the TRUKFIT apparel launch party in New York City on January 12th. Karmaloop will add around 40 items of Tune‘s clothing line including t-shirts, raglans and hats at the end of this month for people to purchase, and then in March have around 100 items available for people to order. Russell Simmons also gives Weezy some props in the video and says: “What Lil Wayne does speaks to the next generation”. Do you agree with Russell

Damn, I don’t know how I missed this. Anyways, OVO just posted a clip of Lil Wayne singing one of my favorite songs of Drake‘s Take Care album, “Shot For Me“, while Drizzy was on stage with him. The footage is from Weezy‘s show last month in Johannesburg, South Africa at the Coca-Cola Dome.

In other news, Birdman recently spoke on Tunechi dropping 2 albums this year. I’m really not sure if we will actually get 2 albums from Tune this year (you know what Baby is like), but I do think we will get I Am Not A Human Being II for sure.

“He’s working on a couple of albums,” Birdman confirmed. “I think the next one he wants to put out is I’m Not a Human Being [Part 2]. We don’t have a date. He never stops working. So with him, you never know. It all depends on when the young boss wants to drop it. Tunechi do what he want. We’re ready for whatever, whenever he’s ready to go. When he calls the shot, we’ll make it move. Right now it’s about Tyga, Nicki, Twist, Bow and myself; everybody that has albums coming out before we put Wayne’s out in the next few months.”

There was another song from Mack Maine‘s Don’t Let It Go To Waste mixtape featuring Lil Wayne that I didn’t post here, so here is that Infamous produced-song for you to download now. The record is called “Kings Of New Orleans“, and also features the old Young Money members Dizzy aka Raw D.I. and Curren$y. Even though the track was recorded back in 2005, it has never been released, until now that is.
