Yeah i know thats probably what i should do but everytime i see her she just takes my breath away and the worst part is that she's very intamate, y know like kisse on the cheeks long hugs and that kind of stuff. Makes it harder.

Yh I hear you.. just seal them feelings away..yu've been friends for too long ...go hunt for other girls that will set your mind away.

trust i was in the same situation man.....except she ended up breakin up with tthe guy and started liking me, didnt go well, and now ive lost her as a friend too.....which trust me hurts alot more than losing her as a gf......so trust me when i say dont risk it, and just let the feelings pass, if she does these things like kiss and hug you maybe try to stop her from doing it or stop doing it, if could make it easier for you to move on, if she asks why just say you feel its wrong, or tell her you dont want to develop feelings (which you already have, but wont say)
