Why lil wayne doesnt make songs as hard as C1 and C2 is because he had motivation at that time . Money . Right now , hes just rapping for the heck of it . i say someone should rob weezy . take everything. Bank accounts ,shares , birdman , and kill everyone in YMCMB except for drake and throw cole in there and make lil wayne the boss of MMG and kick ross out . Well none of that is gonna happen

he was so good on c1 and c2 because he had to prove that cash money wasnt failing.

c1 he was with mannie fresh and he was making a name for himself

c2 mannie fresh was gone and everybody though cash money is done and finished and wayne worked extra hard to prove that he and cash money are here to stay.

c3 he didnt have much to rap about because he made it so it was basically mainstream.

c4 he has something to prove because haters are saying he slipped and isnt the best anymore. also he went through a though period in his life so i bet c4 is gonna have really really good tracks that appeal to us old weezy fans.
