Break In/Break Out is a good idea. I'm not gonna make an actual track list because I suck at that, but here's my criteria for a dream CIV:
Fly In/Fly Out type thing
18+ tracks w/ no skits
At least as many solo tracks as feature tracks
Em, Tech N9ne, Janelle Monae (or someone similar) features
No YM features other than Gunz, Drake and Nicki
Good mix of punchline songs and deeper storytelling-type songs
At least 1 song completely dedicated to him talking about his time in jail
At least one song each produced by Kane, Kanye & Mannie Fresh


And that's all I can think of for now

Yeah, hence my "Thank You, Hell In A Cell" tracks would be, about his time in Jail and how his fans supported him and shit.

I could really care less about producers, tbh. I just want good ass beats on C4. 6'7' was deliciously good.

Id honestly be surprised if its longer than 14 tracks...its a trend in the industry to make shorter albums...i hate it, but it is what it is...

id love to see C4 be 16 tracks...or even a double disc

Yea I hope it isn't shorter than 16 tracks. Rebirth was only 12 tracks, but then again it was Rebirth. C4 will most likely comprise of pre prison aswell as a majority of post prison tracks which will have enough quality music to fill up a disk, I hope
