Man wayne might smoke a blunt or two every now and again but if you think he's sippin especially like he was before you're retarded. He acted totally different back then and you can tell when people are high. He used to be high every second of the day he aint on all that anymore.

I'm not sayin he doesn't on occassion but no way he didnt slow up A LOT.
