I honestly don't think he has killed anyone. He may have shot at someone, maybe hid some bodies, it's the N.O., shit is rough down there. Wayne's teardrops have nothing to do with him killing anybody. The most accurate explanation for his teardrops are for people close to him that have died (his stepfather, and his closest homies). However, I remember reading something in some interview where Wayne said he first got the teardrops because he wanted to see how they would look like on him. When he got them, he liked them so he got more. Eventually his mother said he was too many on his face, which led him to covering one of them up.

For those talking about Birdman, I would say it's probably possible he's killed somebody before, he definitely does have a shady history in the N.O, even before he started Cash Money. However, most of his teardrops are people close to him that have died (especially his family).
