who the fuck is Los compared to Lil B?? and I mean popularity wise

Los doesn't have a really big following so it would be hard for them to put him on that list

The main things you need to be on this list: Buzz, Fan Base, Co-Sign

Los has a small buzz, his fan base is still pretty small though. Los has what like 9k followers on twitter, and B is well over 100k. Lil B has been co-signed by Lupe, Jay Electronica, Diddy, ect. Los deserves the list, but he doesn't have the credentials to be on it just yet.

That guy pretty much confirmed it was real, I'm not exactly sure who he is. But is def. has connects and is in with some people high up to where he would know. And the reason XV didn't make the list is because he has dissed the XXL list numerous times, so of course they wont put him on it. He would most likely decline to be on it even if he was offered.

Fair point about XV. But the fact that a clown like Lil B has such a huge following is a disgrace to the rap industry. IMO at least

Of course I'm not 100% sure, but from what I gather and have seen on other sites, it looks legit. Either way, the list looks about right considering, even if somehow this wasn't legit, I'm sure it would only be different, give or take by a couple of ppl. IMO Lil B deserves the list, his following is huge, many respected artists have co-signed him, and he puts the work in.
