Full songs? Only 1 because he mixes and engineers it on the spot so you can hear how it sounds. But usually you can finish one song and lay down the hook for another in that hour. So if your on your shit probably 3 full songs in 2 hours.

My boy goes into the studio and lays down like 3 songs a hour lol. If you're paying for studio time you should have your songs memorized by heart and everything before you go. Do a couple takes and done. And he's ripping you off by counting doing the engineering in that hour. That shouldn't be included in your studio time. I mean I guess he's hooking you up with the cost but no studio I heard of will count that in your time slot of recording.
