Got Money, Lollipop, Mrs. Officer, La La? C3 was real good, but it wasn't even close to as consistent as C1 nor did it have the substance C1 had.

Oh, no doubt C1 is better. I found a Youtube Comment that sums up my thoughts exactly:
Carter 1 was the RAWEST. Wayne finally found that swagger and flow, and good lyrics.
Carter 2 seemed the best LYRICALLY, and his flow seemed improved. I have a tough time choosing which is better, so I view them both as equals in their own right.
Carter 3 was okay, but a lot was leaked..
Imagine If Carter 3 had:
Outstanding, Scarface, I'm a Beast, I Know The Future, Trouble, I feel Like Dying, Pom Pom, World of Fantasy, Something You Forgot
Carter 3 would have been the best!
