Lil Wayne Will Be Making An In-Store Appearance At Dillards To Promote TRUKFIT

Just like with Macy’s, Lil Wayne will be making an in-store appearance at Dillard’s Inc. store at Jefferson Mall in Louisville, Kentucky on October 27th to launch and promote his new clothing brand – TRUKFIT. This means that TRUKFIT apparel will be now be sold at Dillard’s stores across the US, as well as from their online website starting on October 25th.

The first 300 customers to spend $150 or more on TRUKFIT clothes at one of Louisville’s Dillard’s stores (Jefferson Mall, Mall St. Matthews or Green Tree Mall) will get given a free wristband that allows them access to a VIP party at the Jefferson Mall Dillard’s store on October 27th. The first 10 shoppers to purchase $500 or more on TRUKFIT apparel will also get the chance to meet Weezy and receive a special limited edition TRUKFIT gift!

Episode 4 Of Lil Wayne’s “DEWeezy” Series & Rough Cuts From Commercial [Videos]

In the video above, you can watch episode 4 of Lil Wayne‘s “DEWeezy” series that shows him arriving in style to South Africa and skating in Australia. This clip shows how hard Weezy works as he travels from the studio to the stage to the skatepark, as well as adding the audio from some of Wayne‘s interviews where he talks about how hard he works and why it is important. Lil Wayne Moves Down A Spot, But Makes More Than Last Year On Forbes’ 2012 Hip-Hop “Cash Kings” List

Even though Lil Wayne has moved down a spot on the 2012 Hip-Hop Cash Kings list created by Forbes from last year, he still made nearly double of what he made in 2011. Weezy came #5 on the list earning $27 million that includes revenue from his latest album Tha Carter IV, his new clothing line TRUKFIT, and his partnership with Mountain Dew for the “DEWeezy” campaign.

The hip-hop artists who came above Tune in the list are: Dr. Dre with $110 million, Diddy with $45 million, Jay-Z with $38 million and Kanye West with $35 million. You can view the top 20 earners list after the jump below, which shows YMCMB’s Drake, Birdman and Nicki Minaj just behind Tunechi!

Lil Wayne Talks About Why He Started Skating Over A Year Ago & Shoots DEWeezy Commercial

Check out episode 2 of Lil Wayne‘s “DEWeezy” series above were you can view footage of him skating and talking about why he loves his hobby lifestyle so much. You can also watch episode 1 after the jump that includes Paul Rodriguez introducing the Mountain Dew skateboard team and then they all go watching Weezy at his SXSW concert in Austin, Texas on March 15th.

I wasn’t going to post these videos on the blog, because episode 1 doesn’t include any new footage of Wayne, but episode 2 does. So it looks like I’ll be posting each episode on this site from now on and episode 3, which will be released next week, includes Tune showing off his injuries from skating.

Also after the jump, you can view some photos of Tunechi shooting a commercial for “DEWeezy” that is being directed by Chris Robinson.
