On Sunday, January 26th, Lil Wayne helped celebrate DJ Stevie J’s birthday at LIV Nightclub in Miami, Florida. You can view lots of photos from the party after the jump below, courtesy of WRE. Other people who attended the birthday bash were: Mack Maine, Birdman, Detail, Fabolous, Trey Songz, Ne-Yo, Wiz Khalifa, Amber Rose and Dr. Dre.

Weezy must of got chatting to Dre at LIV, because last night they were in the studio together working on Detox and maybe I Am Not A Human Being II.

I posted a low quality rip of Bow Wow‘s “Sweat” music video featuring Lil Wayne one week ago, now here is a high quality version! This song will appear on Bow Weezy‘s upcoming Underrated album, dropping in March. YMCMB’s Birdman and Detail can also be seen in the visual.

Complex recently spoke with YMCMB boss Birdman about the status of a few of the forthcoming projects Young Money and Cash Money are getting ready to release. Baby says Lil Wayne has finished recording his I Am Not A Human Being II album and will drop it before Summer this year (but I think we all know there will be some push-backs). The 5 Star Stunna also says him and Weezy have finished with their Like Father, Like Son II: Tha Last Mob album, and speaks on I Can’t Feel My Face, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded and Bigga Than Life.

On Lil Wayne’s I Am Not A Human Being 2:
“Wayne’s got an album he’s about to drop real soon. Its called I am not a Human Being 2. It’s gonna be before the summer for sure. We haven’t picked the date yet. Whenever he’s ready to drop his album, we’re gonna make it do what it do. He’s definitely got an album done and ready to go. Wayne works a lot. There’s no telling if Rebirth 2 will happen. But I know for sure we’ve got I Am Not A Human Being 2 ready to go. That’s the next project.”

On Like Father, Like Son 2:
“We got that finished too. We’ve been recording that. We never stopped recording for that. We got songs we want. When we get ready to drop it, we’ll probably do that in the 4th quarter. Wayne wants to do the I am Not a Human Being 2 and I want to do my solo album too, so we’ll probably do that later on.”

On I Can’t Feel My Face, the Juelz Santana & Lil Wayne album:
“I don’t know. I know Juelz and Wayne talk a lot and do work a lot but that’s on them. Whatever Juelz and Wayne do we’re gonna support that. But I know the next album my son puts out is going to be I am Not a Human Being 2.”

On Nicki Minaj’s Roman Reloaded:
“I just came from listening to her album. She’s grown so much as an artist. She’s so talented that this shit is scary. Like, wow she really is the female Weezy. Hands down she bad as a motherfucker. Her talents, skills, and what she done with her music and the way she is in front of a camera. She’s just so talented to be so young. It’s a brand new style. I’m just so glad she’s on our team.”

On his upcoming album, Bigger Than Life:
“I could say its one of my best projects. We always say that but I mean you’re supposed to always get better with time/ We got so much growth, experience, and we’re surrounded by great, young talent. They make it so easy for me to do music and I’m still enjoying it. I don’t love nothing more in life—outside of God and my family—than working with this music and turning these youngsters into superstars.”

Here is the official music video for Bow Wow‘s “Sweat” single featuring Lil Wayne. Bow Weezy‘s debut album on Cash Money Records, Underrated, is set to drop sometime this year. The visual, which premiered on BET’s 106 & Park on Monday night, includes cameos from Birdman and Detail.

Back in December 2011, Lil Wayne and the YMCMB family took a trip to Australia and Hawaii for a little vacation and tour. In the video above, you can watch some footage from their holiday and live shows. After the jump, you can view some photos of Weezy performing in Sydney. Shout out to Derick G!

Damn, I don’t know how I missed this. Anyways, OVO just posted a clip of Lil Wayne singing one of my favorite songs of Drake‘s Take Care album, “Shot For Me“, while Drizzy was on stage with him. The footage is from Weezy‘s show last month in Johannesburg, South Africa at the Coca-Cola Dome.

In other news, Birdman recently spoke on Tunechi dropping 2 albums this year. I’m really not sure if we will actually get 2 albums from Tune this year (you know what Baby is like), but I do think we will get I Am Not A Human Being II for sure.

“He’s working on a couple of albums,” Birdman confirmed. “I think the next one he wants to put out is I’m Not a Human Being [Part 2]. We don’t have a date. He never stops working. So with him, you never know. It all depends on when the young boss wants to drop it. Tunechi do what he want. We’re ready for whatever, whenever he’s ready to go. When he calls the shot, we’ll make it move. Right now it’s about Tyga, Nicki, Twist, Bow and myself; everybody that has albums coming out before we put Wayne’s out in the next few months.”

It’s been a slow couple of days with Lil Wayne news, so I thought I’d make a post with some photos of Weezy performing in Sydney, Australia earlier this month that have only just surfaced online. Stephen manages some of the hottest producers in the music industry today, including: STREETRUNNER and Drew Money. In the interview, Spliff speaks on working with YMCMB, how Lil Wayne got hold of the “I Got Some Money On Me” beat that Spliff says he recorded in a day for Tha Carter IV album, and more. He also says Wayne has recorded 6 new songs in the studio over his producers beats, but does not know which project they are for.
