Trina Chats About Why Her & Lil Wayne Broke Up In 2007, Confirms He Is Featured On Her New Album

Trina recently sat down with Ebro Darden and Laura Stylez for an interview with Hot 97 on their “Ebro In The Morning” radio show, which you can watch below.

Around the 8:00 mark of the conversation, Trina spoke on her past relationship with Lil Wayne from 2005 – 2007 and revealed Wayne is a real good guy, but they broke up because they were both young and immature.

Also during the interview at the 14:00 mark, Trina confirmed that Weezy will be featured on her upcoming sixth studio album, due to be released in April.

I posted Mannie Fresh’s interview with Thedo and MAQ on their “DaTakeOver” podcast yesterday, and now we can listen to another 1-hour interview “DaTakeOver” guys did; this time with one of Lil Wayne‘s homies since day one – Fee Banks.

Fee spoke on how he and Lil Wayne first met, Rabbit aka the guy who Tunechi calls his father being his uncle, the Sqad Up days, working with Kevin Gates, being inside the studio with Tune as he wrote and recorded 10,000 Bars, Young Money artist Flow, how Wayne‘s first impression was when he first met the Esho Hero as he is like a Weezy clone, Birdman, and plenty more.

Lil Wayne‘s longtime right hand man also confirmed that the L.A.T (Loyalty Amongst Thieves) collaboration project from Wayne, Flow, Gudda Gudda and HoodyBaby is on the way, as well as that Flow has an upcoming single featuring Mr. Carter which will catapult his career, but Banks wants the Esho Hero to record a new verse on it before it’s released and he can’t as he’s currently locked up. This is more than likely the “Killerz On My Team” track!

Lil Wayne Appears On The Nine Club, Announces New Project Funeral

For episode 25 of “The Nine Club“, which you can watch after the jump below, Lil Wayne was the special guest and chopped it up with Chris Roberts, Roger Bagley and Kelly Hart for around 1 hour.

During their conversation, Weezy chatted about having Amazon’s Echo Alexa in his house, googling his net worth, why James Goldstein is a gangsta, playing Madden, FIFA and PGA Tour on consoles, supporting the Los Angeles Lakes and Green Bay Packers when being from New Orleans, and sitting courtside at the Lakers game with his son Cameron.

Tune also discussed how he first got into skateboarding, building his own skate park, getting noticed from fans while skating, working on a new video part, collaborating with other music artists, recording a feature every 2 days, how he got signed to Cash Money Records at such a young age, his deal with Samsung, who his favorite skaters are, breaking parts of his body while skating, Bumbu rum, and plenty more.

Towards to the end of the interview, Tunechi announced a new project called Funeral and let us fans know that there is currently no release date for it, but there is a lot of good news coming soon, so we should get our roses ready!

Damian Lillard Says Cash Money Forced Him To Remove Lil Wayne Verse From The Letter O Album

It’s been less than a week since Damian Lillard released his debut album, The Letter O, and now the NBA player has revealed he is having to remove Lil Wayne‘s feature from the project.

Dame D.O.L.L.A. explained on his social media pages that he is being forced by Cash Money Records to remove Weezy‘s dope verse from “Loyal To The Soil“.

“Unfortunately, I am being forced to remove Lil Wayne from #TheLetterO track ‘Loyal to the Soil’. Despite my agreement with Wayne, his parent label is forcing me to remove him.”

UPDATE: Dame has mentioned that the Tunechi feature will remain on his project and thanked Birdman, Slim and Mack Maine for making it happen!

Master P Reveals Lil Wayne Is Featured On His Louisiana Hot Sauce Album & Is About To Get A Second Life At Music

Master P recently did an interview with Complex and during their conversation, he announced that Lil Wayne will be featured on his upcoming album titled Louisiana Hot Sauce, due to be released “in a couple months”.

This is not the first time that P has revealed him and Tunechi have a new collaboration on the way as he mentioned it in an interview last month too. They previously worked together on “Power” at the start of 2015.
