Video: Spliff Speaks To KTV About YMCMB x Pics: Lil Wayne Performs In Johannesburg

Above, you can watch KarmaloopTV‘s interview with Stephen ‘Spliff’ Hacker, which I found very interesting. Stephen manages some of the hottest producers in the music industry today, including: STREETRUNNER and Drew Money. In the interview, Spliff speaks on working with YMCMB, how Lil Wayne got hold of the “I Got Some Money On Me” beat that Spliff says he recorded in a day for Tha Carter IV album, and more. He also says Wayne has recorded 6 new songs in the studio over his producers beats, but does not know which project they are for.

After the jump, you can view some photos of Tunechi performing in Johannesburg, South Africa at the Coca-Cola Dome just over a week ago with Young Money’s Drake, Shanell and Mack Maine.

Mack Maine Ryde 4 Me Feat Lil Wayne CDQ

Mack Maine just released the CDQ/tagless version of one of the first songs him and Lil Wayne recorded called “Ryde 4 Me“. The track appeared on Mack‘s Bitch I’m Mack Maine mixtape back in 2007, but was lower-quality and had DJ tags on. You can listen and download this joint to update your iTunes collection with below:

Hit the jump to check out T-Pain speaking to Rap-Up about how he got Weezy F Baby on “Bang Bang Pow Pow” (says Wayne recorded his verse in one night), as well as saying that even though they recorded about 8-9 songs together for the T-Wayne collaboration album, he thinks Tunechi is over the idea of it now.

Video: Lil Wayne & Mack Maine Advertise Young Money Debit Cards x More

In the video above, Mack Maine surprises Lil Wayne with the new Young Money Discover debit card that they recently launched for people to use in the US. This is basically an advertisement for the debit card and Weezy plans to use his to buy Marley G some new earrings  The footage was also shot by DJ Scoob Doo, so I wonder when he plans on giving us some news on The Nino Brown Story Part 3 :?:

After the jump, MTV interview Tune, Slim and Birdman about their 17th annual Thanks Giving Day turkey giveaway and not caring about Drake’s Take Care album first week sales, because they are “rich as shit”.

Lil Chuckee: Yeah, we gonna work on it, a lot of people are waiting on that Lil Chuckee album. A lot of people been waitin’ on that Lil Chuckee and Lil Wayne song too. I got something coming out real soon. It’s about to be retarded.

Jason: Oh really? That’s gonna be crazy. What’s the song about?
Lil Chuckee: I wanna say….no, no (laughing) I can’t say anything. I don’t wanna spoil it. This is our first song together, so it’s gonna be great. It’s comin’, you just gotta wait for it.

Lil Wayne Has Not Heard ‘Watch The Throne’ And Is Not Satisfied With Nicki Minaj’s Work

Lil Wayne Has Not Heard Watch The Throne And Is Not Satisfied With Nicki Minajs Work

As we know, Lil Wayne was featured on the front cover of VIBE magazine’s October/November issue that is currently on newsstands now. If you haven’t already picked up the magazine, then here are a few more excerpts from Weezy‘s interview that you can read, courtesy of Complex.

On Watch The Throne:
“I haven’t heard the album. I’ll probably never hear the album.”

On Nicki Minaj:
“I’m not satisfied with anything she’s done. I believe she can do a whole lot more, and I believe she will do a whole lot more. It’s not shocking, and it’s not surprising. It’s quite fitting. But other than that, it’s nowhere near the end.”

On dealing with the tabloids:
“You don’t deal with it. You deal with life. You deal with what’s really going on and what’s really real—that’s your four kids, that’s your mother, that’s your family, that’s the people around you. You don’t deal with what people are saying.”
