Check out this hot new joint from the Young Money family called “Deadliest Catch“. It’s a Shanell record featuring Lil Wayne, who doesn’t actually have a verse (does some singing), and Mack Maine. I think this track may be from SnL’s mixtape called Shut Up N Listen which is dropping April 1st, and you can stream/download this song below:

Lil Wayne had his final party last night at LIV in Miami before he turns himself in to prison tomorrow morning. Birdman, Shanell, Mack Maine, Bow Wow, Amber Rose and Tyga all joined Weezy at his farewell party, and he had a cake made for him which said: “Keep Your Head Up Weezy, We Love You“. As you can see from the pic below, Wayne has added his grill back in. You can view some more photos from this party after the jump below, and view even more at StarTraks.

We have also included three pics after the jump of Birdman’s latest tattoos from the party last night. Derick G took the photos, so this could mean that he might have some footage for us from the party at a later date.

We have two videos here! The video above is the official trailer for T-Pain’s animated TV program called “Freaknik“, which pays homage to the 1990’s Atlanta Spring Break fiesta Freaknik. The cartoon is set to air on March 7th on the Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim channel, and both Lil Wayne and Mack Maine provide voices to their characters! In the video below, Jimmy Kimmel jokes about Lil Wayne’s grill and teeth by saying: “It looks like his teeth are in jail”.

Got some great news here! Lil Wayne’s sentencing has been postponed until March 2nd due to dental surgery (probably something to do with his grill looks like it was something to do with a cracked tooth). Read what J-Rod from MTV and Mack Maine said on Twitter below:

Sill bad news that Weezy is going to prison, but at least he is free for another 3 weeks!!!

Lil Wayne had a farewell party yesterday (02/07/2010) after the Saints won the Super Bowl in Miami at Dolce. All of Young Money, Birdman, Sean Garrett, Bow Wow, Lil Za, Chris Johnson, Tammy Torres, Trae, CJ, Wale, GEDTrell, DJ Scoob Doo, and B.G. turned up to show support as Wayne will begin serving his prison sentence tomorrow. Two days ago, Lil Wayne was shooting a music video for the next single from his Rebirth album, “Da Da Da“. He filmed the video on top of the Marlin Hotel on South Beach, and MAYDAY! where on set like last time with the “On Fire” music video. Here are some photos of Lil Wayne and his ‘Father’, Birdman shooting the music video for Playaz Circle’s “Big Dawg” single. Mack Maine and Lil Chuckee are also on the set, so maybe they will make a cameo in the video and DJ Scoob Doo was also there – maybe he is getting footage for The Nino Brown Story Part 3? If you haven’t seen Wayne’s latest tattoo yet, then you can see it below. He has got a pistol tatted on his neck and I am not 100% sure what it symbolizes… could it be something to do with his gun charge? This is also why he changed his lyrics when performing “Forever” at The Grammys: “Pistol on my neck, you don’t wanna hear that thing talk”. Leave a comment below with your thoughts on this tattoo.

Here is the unreleased music video for the song, “Money On My Mind“, by Lil Wayne from Tha Carter II. You could see a short clip of the music video at the very end of the “Hustler Musik” music video. This was a Jordan Towers Films production, and also the video shows an interesting clip of Wayne holding 50 Cent’s book and looking into the camera laughing.

Also, in a recent interview with KY (Young Money’s engineer), KY stated that Wayne had 20 tracks done for Tha Carter IV. Could we be getting the album sooner that we expected?
