Lil Wayne gets Derick G to record PSA #2 were Wayne and Mack Maine introduce Young Money’s newest member, Torion Sellers. I previously posted about this on YoungMoneyHQ back in August, but it looks like the deal has only now just been made official. Torion, who is 14-years-old, can rap, sing and dance, and has been described as a: “cross between Justin Bieber and Chris Brown”. Universal just set a new release date for Lil Wayne‘s Tha Carter IV album, which is now August 29th, and not June 21st. I think we all knew that this was going to happen, because we had no tracklist or real promotion for the album with less than 20 days til it was supposed to be released. Anyways, this should give Tunechi enough time to get the “How To Love” music video out and start promoting the album more!

In a recent interview with MTV, Travis Barker revealed that Lil Wayne would make an appearance on his new album, Can The Drummer Get Some?

“And with Wayne, we had just run into each other a bunch of times in the past,” he continued. “I did some drums for something on Cash Money, and he traded me a verse for my album.”

Also, here’s what CBS had to say about the censoring of the performance:

“It was a rousing musical performance, but words were edited from the live telecast that didn’t meet our broadcast standards,” Ender explained, according to The Associated Press. “We have great respect for artists’ creative freedom, but there are certain things you can’t say, or sing, on television.”
