2 Chainz has announced that he will be dropping a new album in 2025, fully produced by Statik Selektah.
In a recent interview with Complex, Chainz confirmed that Lil Wayne will be one of the featured artists, alongside Mary J. Blige, Westside Gunn, CeeLo Green, and Larry June.
“[Me and Statik Selektah] been working on the album for a few years. So there’s been some changes, some beat replays, some additions. It’s just another one producer produced project. I have various features: Mary J. Blige, I know CeeLo Green is on there, Westside Gunn, Larry on there, [Lil] Wayne on there. I think people will maybe accept it and digest it a little different because of Life is Beautiful. And not to say they sound anything alike, I just think it’s the same kind of lyrical display.”
There is no exact release date yet, but the project will drop sometime this year! So Wayniacs, are you excited for a new Tity Boi and Wayne collab over Selektah production?
