    you guys with your sixpacks....
    You donīt get a sixpack from working out, alteast nocht primary

    You have to have less then 15 % of body fat(i dunno how to say it in english) to make your abs visible.

    After that you cant train them and shit.

    I got to the gym for about 4 months now. Iīts just some kind of "forget everything" for me.

    dont quit bro. you can still be skinny and workout, you dont have to get huge. just lower your weight and increase your reps. everyone should workout because its great for your health.

    I'm 5'10 & i weight 165, i can rep 215 pounds twice on my bench press.

    I usually hit the gym twice & play bball at least 3 times a week.

    I workout at home since i have my own lil setup. I'm about to see what's up with the p90x

    Lmao I know, his body is disgusting these days lol, that's the downside of all the steroids I'm guessing lol. Also it's almost impossible to maintain definition on that sort of bulk as you get older.

    i need to start.. i dont do any excerise apart from sex and walkin to meet with my connecs, but my body is looking quite toned so i just need to know where to begin lol

    Lol yea many people fail to realize that fact. Going to the gym is great. No worries, no stress, just working out.

    Well if you seriously want to exercise then join a gym. There's plenty of resources on the internet to help you with difference aspects of bodybuilding(diet, form, and so on)
