no not really i just eff around with smudging,brushes and filters.Biggest tip I can give you is use ur creativity.

This is my first sig. with gimp but it is not finish....
now i don't now how can i make the white background change in a cool background with speccial effects ?

Looks like a blur and text. If you didnt blur the stacks in his had that would have depth.

The first sig iv made ( the 2nd one in my sig, not the movin 1). Can u guys give me some tips on what else I can do and how to make it better?

Iv spent time fuckin around in photoshop b4 but this is the 1st time i properly tried sumin.
