alright thanks, and why is there a green or red little vertical bar under the rank bar, mine is like no color whiles others is green or red

It is your reputation bar.

Green=A person with a positive reputation.
Red=A person with a negative reputation
Gray=A person with no reputation.

Nothing, but to other members (especially new members) you will look like one of the big dawgs on the site. A positive reputation makes no difference, but a negative reputation just looks bad lol.
