how to become a moderator

Hey i wanna ask that what is required to become a moderator means like how many posts or ability or other things.

Catch the eye of existing mods, don't cause stupid arguments and have quality posts.

Don't ask to be a mod either.

Well not me alone the whole staff will have there inputs but I'd have a very strong influence on the decision.
