Wayne is better then Pac for me for personal reasons not because i believe Wayne has better skills or meaning. I grew up listening to Lil Wayne and understand his craft better i respect Pac as a Hip-Hop legend and listen to his music regularly but unfortunately i wasn't around when he was dominating so i never had that personal connection that's why his not my all time favourite.
