Fuck Eminem knows how to put a radio smash on an album..
I thought the mixtape was pretty lame. poorly presented, not enough rarities. It's not a coherent listen.. The second disc of Shady XV is much better.
im still kind of reeling from his pico de galle suite on the cypher.
Mixtape was doper than album tbh
Shady XV projected sales are around 200k, 'cause of black friday number will prbly grow and since its double CD, multiply these numbers by two, which is actually quite good, 'cause its compilation album not solo by EM re-up sold around 300k first week if im correct. Rick ross is expected to sell 60k...
The 1st verse on Lose Yourself demo version >>>>>>
Not better then the original but still... Fucking beast.
Its not EM solo, if u remember Bad meets Evil sold only 170k first week, when it doesn't have Eminem name on cover, people aint gonna buy it lol. Also iTunes listed it as Various Artists, if it would have been Eminem sales would be bigger, but its still doing better than other rap albums lol, t.i. sold 70k first week, rozay gonna push 60k
It was just an EP.. An incredible one at that. But I guess it had that Bruno Mars song.
Eminem is a genius, he really is. Go back through every one of his records and he has always had a song that has SLAYED on radio. My Name Is, Real Slim Shady, Without Me, Just Lose It, Purple Hills, My Band, We Made You, Not Afraid and Love The Way You Live, Monster, and Guts Over Fear.. I can't think of any other artist who has had a hit on every single record..
Fuck. Almost forgot When I'm Gone and Shake That off Curtain Call, and Smack That off the Re Up. Although the Re-up probably had his least commerically focused singles.
