At the 4:30 mark of their conversation, Tip addressed why he wrote a message for Lil Wayne on social media over his Black Lives Matter comments instead of letting him know his thoughts in person.

The Southern rapper also revealed he has “real dear love” for Tunechi and “considers him a friend”, but they have never spoke since the situation.

TI Reveals His Black Lives Matter Message To Lil Wayne On Social Media Was Done Out Of Love, Calls Him A Legend & One Of The Greatest

T.I. recently stopped by Shade 45’s “Sway In The Morning” radio show to chop it up with Sway Calloway, Heather B and Tracy G for an interview, which you can check out below.

Around the 19:00 mark of the conversation, Tip revealed why he was offended by Lil Wayne‘s comments on the Black Lives Matter movement and why he said what he said on Instagram.

The Atlanta rapper explained it was one of the most difficult things he has had to do in his life and he did it all “out of love”, because he didn’t want to see anyone else bash Tunechi for his comments but he felt that him and Tune have the type of relationship that would let him say what he did.

However, T.I. did say he has “got a lot of love and respect” for Wayne, called him a “legend” and “one of the greatest”, as well mentioned he still considers Weezy one of his “partners” in music!

Lil Wayne & His Daughter Reginae Carter Respond To T.I.’s Social Media Message

Lil Wayne & His Daughter Reginae Carter Respond To TI Social Media Message

I am sure you’ve all seen T.I.‘s long message to Lil Wayne on social media about his recent Black Lives Matter comments, but if not, you can read it below.

It has not been confirmed, but after T.I. went on social media to send Tunechi this message, Tune tweeted “fk ya” and you would have to guess that it’s a response to Tip.

You can’t blame Wayne for that response as why wouldn’t T.I. call him if they are good “friends” like he is making out in his message? Also, you can’t forget that Tip was spotted wearing “Free Peewee Roscoe” apparel after he was found guilty of shooting up Weezy‘s tour bus. It was also Mr. Carter who would of made T.I. a lot of money by bringing him along on his “America’s Most Wanted Tour” in 2013.

Lil Wayne‘s daughter, Reginae Carter, left a comment on T.I.‘s long Instagram post too that read: “You lost his number ? You should’ve copied and pasted this and sent it him thru via text but u wanna seek for attention”! Wayniacs, what are your thoughts on the whole situation?

Jeezy Shares His Thoughts On Lil Wayne Saying He Doesn’t Feel Connected To The Black Lives Matter Movement [Video]

Jeezy Shares His Thoughts On Lil Wayne Saying He Doesnt Feel Connected To The Black Lives Matter Movement

Young Jeezy recently sat down with Hot 97’s Nessa for a one on one interview and to promote his new album, Trap Or Die 3, which you can check out in a clip after the jump below.

At the 5:15 mark of their conversation, Jeezy was asked if he feels he has to defend or does he understand what his “Bout That” collaborator Lil Wayne had to say about the Black Lives Matter movement in a recent interview!

“Everybody has their opinion, but at the same time, people just might not understand. I’m not definitely coming to his defense because he is an adult, he understands what he’s doing. People have to understand he’s been a superstar so long, since he was a child, I grew up on him. He might not be connected on that level. It is difficult because he’s been rich for a long time. He’s been living on his own island for a long time. Maybe it’s something he just don’t see.”
