While at the 2016 BET Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta earlier this month, HHS1987’s Terrell Thomas caught up with Freeway on the Sprite green carpet for an interview.

During their conversation, the Philadelphia rapper shouted out his “brother” Lil Wayne for showing “a lot of love” by bringing him out at the 2016 Budweiser Made In America Festival in his hometown.

Freeway also spoke a little bit about his upcoming single featuring Wayne called “Blood Pressure” by saying it’s “fire” and will be released in the next few weeks!

Earlier this month on September 3rd, Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz performed live at this year’s Budweiser Made In America Festival in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

During Weezy‘s set, he performed “A Milli“, “HYFR (Hell Ya Fuckin’ Right)“, “Pop That“, “Bandz A Make Her Dance“, “Rich As Fuck“, “Duffle Bag Boy“, and more songs live on stage with Tity Boi.

The lineup for this year’s Budweiser Made In America Festival has been announced today and the ColleGrove duo Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz will be performing live together on stage at the show, which will be taking place over 2 days on Labor Day Weekend (September 3rd – 4th) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

A$AP Ferg, Bibi Bourelly, Bryson Tiller, Chance The Rapper, Coldplay, Dave East, Desiigner, DJ Khaled, DJ Mustard, Justine Skye, Kodak Black, Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Yachty, Playboi Carti, Rihanna, Tory Lanez, Travi$ Scott, SZA, and more will also be performing at the Jay Z event.

TIDAL will be streaming the music festival on their website, but if you wish to attend, you can purchase pre-sale tickets on June 22nd if you’re a TIDAL member. If not, the general sale tickets will go on sale to the public on June 27th!
