Lil Wayne Reveals The Official Tracklisting For Part 1 Of His “Dedication 6” Mixtape

Lil Wayne Reveals The Official Tracklisting For Part 1 Of His Dedication 6 Mixtape

The official tracklisting for Lil Wayne and DJ Drama‘s upcoming Dedication 6 mixtape has been released.

The first part of D6 will include 15 songs and features from Gudda Gudda, HoodyBaby, Nicki Minaj, Baby E, Euro, Cory Gunz, and Zoey Dollaz.

Dedication 6 will also include the “Bank Account” and “Blackin’ Out” freestyles, as well as remixes over Lil Uzi Vert’s “XO Tour Llif3” and Rich The Kid’s “New Freezer“.

There will be a second part of D6 dropping at a later date, which I’m sure will include the song with Future and Juelz Santana, a track with Lil Twist, a track with Vice Versa, and a “DNA” remix. I’ll make a post about that next.

You can check out the back cover for Weezy‘s Dedication 6 tape after the jump below. Be sure to check back to LilWayneHQ.com tomorrow after your Christmas dinner to stream and download the project! What are your current thoughts on the D6 tracklist?

Birdman Talks Hearing Lil Wayne’s New Music, Relationship With Reginae Carter, Hot Boys Album & More [Video]

Birdman Talks Hearing Lil Wayne New Music, Relationship With Reginae Carter, Hot Boys Album & More

Yesterday, Birdman sat down for a 39-minute interview with Angie Martinez in New York City to speak on getting locked up for nearly 2 years when he was a teenager, losing both his parents before he turned 6-years-old, living in a boy’s home, not feeling comfortable in New York because of their gun laws, who he is currently listening to, a Cash Money biopic, and plenty more.

Throughout the conversation, Baby also spoke on his current relationship with Lil Wayne by saying it’s “kosher”, why Wayne will always be his son no matter what happens, still seeing him everyday at the studio in Miami, the Hot Boys project with Mannie Fresh, his relationship with Reginae Carter, and his own kids’ relationship with Weezy.

Birdman also mentioned that he has been in Tunechi‘s studio to hear some of his new music and when asked what he thinks of it, he replied: “he on some gorilla shit”. You can watch the full interview after the jump below!

Lil Wayne’s “6 Foot, 7 Foot” Music Video Featuring Cory Gunz Is Now “VEVO Certified”

Lil Wayne 6 Foot 7 Foot Music Video Featuring Cory Gunz Is Now VEVO Certified

VEVO have announced that Lil Wayne‘s 6 Foot, 7 Foot” music video featuring his Young Money artist Cory Gunz that was inspired by the movie Inception is now “VEVO Certified”. This means that the visual has been watched over 100 million times since it first premiered 5 years ago back in March, 2011.

Other videos from Weezy as a lead artist that have also been “VEVO Certified” are: “How To Love“, “Mirror” featuring Bruno Mars, “Lollipop” featuring Static Major, “Drop The World” featuring Eminem, and “Love Me” featuring Drake and Future.

Congratulations to Tunechi, Cory, and the director Hype Williams on this awesome achievement! I wonder what will be Tune‘s 7th music video to go “VEVO Certified”?

What Went Down At Lil Wayne’s 1st Annual “Lil Weezyana Fest” In New Orleans?

What Went Down At Lil Wayne 1st Annual Lil Weezyana Fest In New Orleans

The 1st annual “Lil Weezyana Fest” took place tonight at Champions Square’s Bold Sphere Music in Lil Wayne‘s hometown New Orleans, Louisiana. If you could not be in attendance, Jay Z’s streaming service TIDAL let anyone with an account watch the full show live as it happened.

Personally this was one of the greatest Tunechi concerts I have ever watched and my highlight was seeing a Sqad Up reunion on stage with Tune rapping his verses from the Sqad Up tapes word for word. He also mentioned throughout the show that he hopes to do a “Lil Weezyana Fest” every single year like how Drake does his “OVO Fest”.

Weezy brought plenty of special guests out tonight including: Drake, Ms. Tee, Big Freedia, DJ Jubilee, Cory Gunz, 5th Ward Weebie, Jake Troth, Shanell, August Alsina, Dizzy, Kidd Kidd, Gudda Gudda, Fee Banks, Curren$y, Mannie Fresh, Mack Maine, Juvenile, Turk, Hood, Euro, Master P and No Limit, and Jae Millz.

It was good to see Wayne take it back and perform songs off his older projects too, such as “Georgia Bush“, “Dedication 2 (Bang Bang)“, “I Miss My Dawgs“, “Kush“, “We Ready“, “Guess Who’s Back?“, “Best Of Me“, “Bling Bling“, “Project Bitch“, and plenty more. The biggest disappointment was when TIDAL had to cut off viewers from watching Drizzy’s set as he is under contract with Apple.

I have listed every song that Mr. Carter performed live at his 2015 “Lil Weezyana Fest” after the jump below. What was your favorite part or parts of the concert? Let me know in the comments section!
