Young Thug appears on the 2014 June/July issue of Complex magazine, which includes a photo shoot of him with Birdman.

For the cover story, Thugger spoke on when he first heard Lil Wayne, what he likes about him so much, trying to sign to Cash Money, calling his debut studio album Tha Carter VI, what he learned from Wayne, and if he will appear on Tha Carter V.

Complex also asked Thug what are his favorite five songs from Weezy F Baby, which are: “Let The Beat Build“, “No Problems“, “Eat You Alive“, “Ms. Parker“, and the unreleasedEww” remix featuring Tune.

For the e-magazine, Ronaldo interviews his previous manager Sir Alex Ferguson from his old team Manchester United FC, shares photos of what he gets up to in his days off, writes which music artists he listens to, and more.

During this first issue, Cristiano calls Lil Wayne a talented musician and says he listens to his music before the games in the dressing room, in his car, at home, and with friends etc.

Lil Wayne Appears On The Front Cover Of XXL Magazine Final Issue Of 2013

To honor hip-hop’s 40-year-anniversary, XXL magazine are celebrating the achievement by releasing collector’s edition covers starring some of the biggest rappers including Lil Wayne.

Other rappers who XXL have chosen to feature on the cover for their last issue of 2013 are: Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg, Outkast, and LL Cool J. The issue will hit newsstands all over the world on December 31st.

During A$AP Rocky‘s recent interview with Complex, he spoke about how he feels hip-hop has changed because of rappers like Lil Wayne. You can read a couple of excerpts from the interview below, which will appear in Complex magazine’s December 2012/January 2013 issue!

How do you feel about the culture of hip-hop changing? Lil Wayne is skateboarding now.
That’s dope. I put Wayne in Jay-Z and Kanye’s bracket, in terms of success. Wayne is still fun. Are we forgetting that Wayne made everybody switch their flow up and start using the E’s and R’s, and “I’m ir-regul-ar, seg-ular”? Like, c’mon, are we forgetting that Wayne changed hip-hop, too? Are we forgetting that he made all these motherfuckers want to have tattoos? Are we forgetting that? It wasn’t Wiz, it was Wayne. Wiz did it, too, but I’m just stating facts. This is a guy who fucking went from being the youngest underdog in his crew to saving his company, and saving his “Daddy.” I’m not a fucking Lil Wayne dickrider—I’m just speaking facts.
