Tory Lanez Announces Talk To Me Remix Featuring Lil Wayne, Shares His Thoughts On Tha Carter V

Tory Lanez recently sat down with Big Boy on his Real 92.3 radio show in Los Angeles, California for an interview and to promote his new album, Love Me Now.

At the 36:10 mark of the conversation, Tory announced Lil Wayne just jumped on his “Talk To Me” single off his Love Me Now album that originally featured Rich The Kid. The Canadian artist revealed Wayne gave him a “legendary verse” and it will be released within the next week or two.

Before moving on with the interview, which you can check out below, Lanez mentioned he is a real Tunechi fan and he is one of his biggest influences, as well as that he used to pretend to be Tune in the mirror while growing up. He also shared what he thinks of Tha Carter V and added what his favorite song off the project is!

A couple of weeks ago, Tyler, The Creator released his “Cherry Bomb” documentary. Unfortunately, I have not managed to watch it yet, but I did see a clip online of Lil Wayne‘s part in the doc.

In the clip, Tunechi can be seen explaining why Tyler, The Creator changed the rap game, as well as how people are only hearing Tyler‘s music and not listening to it. Tune also shared some words of wisdom:

“Work hard, be somebody, be something more than what you see in the mirror. Let the world be your mirror, don’t let them judge you, cause the mirror can’t judge you. You judge what you see in the mirror.”

The final stop of Lil Wayne‘s “The Dedication Tour” took place earlier this month at the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska on March 6th.
