Rich Homie Quan Calls Lil Wayne His Biggest Idol Of All, Discusses Their Banger Collaboration

While backstage during REAL 92.3’s “The Real Show” at The Forum in Inglewood, California on November 8th, Rap-Up caught up with Rich Homie Quan for an interview that you can check out after the jump below.

During their conversation, Quan spoke on his upcoming collaboration with Lil Wayne, which he says he does not remember what it is called, that will be appearing on his forthcoming debut studio album, Rich As In Spirit, due to be released before the year ends.

RHQ revealed that him and Tunechi hit up The Hit Factory studio in Miami, Florida back in July to record the “banger” and that Tune also let him sit in the booth while he recorded. He also mentioned that Weezy is his “biggest idol of all”!

BoB Says Him Being Featured On Lil Wayne Tha Carter 5 Album Is A Strong Possibility

Back in June, we saw a photo of Lil Wayne in the studio working with B.o.B and Ashanti that had the caption “Greatness in the works”. Then last month, Weezy F Baby showed off a tentative tracklisting for his upcoming Tha Carter V album, due to drop on December 9th.

On the tracklist, there was a song listed called “Brad Pitt” featuring B.o.B. In a recent interview with Rap-Up, which you can check out below, B.o.B would not confirm or deny if this collaboration was real, but he did say that there is “strong possibility” he has something coming out with Tune.

The last time these two rappers collaborated was on B.o.B‘s “Strange Clouds” single back in 2011. Wayniacs would you like to see B.o.B. on Tha Carter V? Also if B.o.B is featured on the C5 project, there is no official word on what album part the song will appear on!

Nicki Minaj Speaks On If She Will Be Featured On Lil Wayne’s “Tha Carter V” Album

Yesterday, Rap-Up TV got the chance to chop it up with Nicki Minaj on the red carpet at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada.

During their interview, Nicki spoke on the Pills N Potions” single, her upcoming The Pink Print album, and if Drake will be featured on the project.

The Young Money Barbie also mentioned that Lil Wayne had sent her something for Tha Carter V, but she does not know if it will make the album just yet.

Christina Milian Talks “Video Model” Visual With Lil Wayne, Working On “Tha Carter V” With Mannie Fresh & More

In the video above, you can watch Rap-Up interview one of Young Money’s latest signings Christina Milian while she was out in Los Angeles, California doing some promo work.

Christina spoke on going over a “Video Model” music video treatment this week (says Lil Wayne is down to shoot his parts), being in the studio with Weezy from 3 in the morning all the way to 3 in the afternoon, hoping to get Drake, Nicki Minaj and Tyga on her forthcoming debut album on the YM label, and more.

Also during the interview, Milian confirmed that she has recorded on two songs for Tunechi‘s upcoming Tha Carter V album; one of which was with Mannie Fresh. She also mentioned that she is excited for the world to hear C5 and that it is going to be a “killer album”.


T-Pain Believes His & Lil Wayne’s “T-Wayne” Collaboration Album Will Happen

In a recent interview with Rap-Up, T-Pain explained that he believes his and Lil Wayne‘s collaboration album, T-Wayne, will get released one day and not get scrapped.

“I’m getting back on my music shit, so I’m pretty sure Wayne will be like: ‘I’m glad you’re back. Let’s make this happen.’ I think it’ll happen again. I think it will.”

Pain also mentioned that him and Weezy have a vault full on music that has not yet seen the light of the day and that he listens to the tracks on his iPod frequently. He even says that their music they recorded was ahead of its time, so it would be perfect to drop the songs around now than it would of been to drop the songs a few years back.

Future Speaks On Collaboration With Lil Wayne & Drake Off “I Am Not A Human Being II” [Video]

Above, Future speaks to Rap-Up about a song he has recorded with Lil Wayne and Drake that will appear on Wayne‘s forthcoming album, I Am Not A Human Being II, which is set to drop on February 19th.

Future says the track is called “Good Kush & Alcohol“, but Weezy F Baby revealed in an interview last month that the track was called “Bitches Love Me“. I guess we will have to wait until the official tracklist is released before we know the correct title for the song!

So far the only details we know about this collaboration is that Drizzy is on the chorus and has no verse. Future also called the record “crazy” and “it’s a movie”. He also mentioned that he can’t wait to see how us fans respond to the track!
