Birdman Pulls The Plug On Meeting An Agreement With Lil Wayne After His Jay Z Shout Out

Birdman Pulls The Plug On Meeting An Agreement With Lil Wayne After Jay Z Shout Out

According to TMZ, Lil Wayne and Birdman were really close to settling their $51 million lawsuit, but the negotiations have now been called off.

TMZ sources reveal that Baby got mad when Weezy changed the lyrics on “I’m Meduring a recent show to say “Roc-A-Fella” instead of “Cash Money” as he has his own personal beef with Jay Z.

Birdman is also feeling too much disrespect when Tunechi shouts “fuck Cash Money” and tells the record label to suck his dick during his concerts, and so he has decided to pull the plug on meeting an agreement with Tune!

Lil Wayne’s Former Lawyers In His Private Jet Case Have Dropped Their Lawsuit Against Him

According to theJasmineBRAND, Lil Wayne‘s former lawyers who represented him in the private jet leasing company case, which he lost, dropped their lawsuit against him earlier this month on August 11th.

The legal team were demanding a $47,000 payment for a settlement that was reached back in June, as well as the $322,000 debt Wayne owed them. However, they have now dismissed all claims against Weezy in court.

In the new court documents, it says that the lawyers are dismissing the full lawsuit forever with no chance of it being refiled in the future, so more than likely Tunechi has paid the payments he owed!

Lil Wayne Moves $51 Million Lawsuit Against Birdman & Cash Money Records To New Orleans

Lil Wayne Has Withdrawn His 51 Million Lawsuit Against Birdman & Cash Money

According to theJasmineBRAND, Lil Wayne has dropped his lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money Records. If you recall, Weezy originally filed a lawsuit earlier this year claiming that he is owed $51 million and wants himself and his Young Money artists off Cash Money, because Baby never pays him or his artists the money that they are owed and because he refuses to release Tha Carter V.

The lawsuit was dropped on April 6th, which you would think means that Tunechi and Birdman have reached a settlement outside of court. Even though the case has been dismissed, Tune can still re-file if he wanted to. Click here to read the court documents.

UPDATE: Karen Civil says that Mr. Carter is not withdrawing the case, but instead just moving it to New Orleans!

Lil Wayne To Sue Birdman For $8 Million & To Be Freed From His Cash Money Contract

Lil Wayne To Sue Birdman For 8 Million & To Be Freed From His Cash Money Contract

After dissing Birdman and Cash Money on his latest mixtape, Sorry 4 The Wait 2, Lil Wayne will now sue the person he has called “father” for most of his career.

According to TMZ, settlement talks between Tunechi and Baby have failed so Tune is going to file a lawsuit that will claim he is owed $8 million in dues for his Tha Carter V album advance money.

Weezy will also ask the judge to free him from his Cash Money Records contract since Birdman and Slim are withholding the release of C5. Don’t forget, Mr. Carter announced back in 2012 that he had just resigned to CM on a new four-album deal.

Baby has told Lil Wayne that he will release Tha Carter V project “in due time”, but he is not happy with that. The good news is that even though Cash Money are not releasing any of Wayne‘s music, he will continue working outside of the record label for us fans!
