Lil Wayne Talks Jordy Nelson, Tom Brady, Straight Outta Compton Film & More On ESPN First Take

Yesterday, Lil Wayne made his tenth appearance on ESPN2’s “First Take” sports talk show around a year after his previous appearance to chop it up with Skip Bayless, Stephen A. Smith, and Molly Qerim.

During his appearance, Weezy spoke on why he is a Green Bay Packers fan even though he is from New Orleans (I swear he answers this question every time he is on ESPN), the injury to their wide receiver Jordy Nelson, and more.

Tunechi also chatted about Tom Brady and his “Deflate-gate” investigation, the “Straight Outta Compton” movie, N.W.A, Kobe Bryant, his team Los Angeles Lakers, and the forthcoming NBA season. You can check out the full interview below!

Lil Wayne To Appear On ESPN2 First Take Sports Talk Show On August 24th

Later today (August 24th) at 10AM EST, Lil Wayne will be making his tenth appearance on ESPN2‘s “First Take” sports talk show.

Commentator Skip Bayless revealed the news on Twitter a few days ago by tweeting the following message:

“We’re back on ESPN2 10-12E on Monday when Lil Wayne makes (if memory serves) his 10th appearance on our show. Man knows his sports.”

During a recent visit on “The Real” talk show, Romeo Miller chatted about Lil Wayne being in the studio with his father Master P, Cash Money Records being rivals with No Limit as he was growing up, and more.

Romeo also wouldn’t answer if Tunechi would be signing to No Limit after he possibly leaves Cash Money; he just left the question as “to be continued”. However, he did say that Master P would make Tune the first rapper billionaire if he did sign.

Christina Milian recently appeared on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens: Live” interactive talk show to chat with Andy Cohen. While on the show, a viewer called in to ask Tina Turn Up about her relationship with Lil Wayne.

The Young Money singer started blushing and said that her and Tunechi are really close, she likes him a lot, and they have great chemistry. She also mentioned that she had just seen Tune a few hours before this interview and confirmed he doesn’t drink syrup anymore.

After making an appearance on “First Take” on August 14th, Lil Wayne headed to ESPN2’s sports talk show “Numbers Never Lie” to chat with Michael Smith and Jemele Hill.

During his sit-down, Tune spoke on his beef with the Miami Heat players, not being allowed in their stadium when they are playing, Peyton Manning’s raps, his Super Bowl prediction, Toronto Raptors getting fined $25,000 after comments Drake made about Kevin Durant, the “Drake vs. Lil Wayne” tour, Johnny Manziel, Steph Curry, and plays a versus game.

Katie Couric Interviews Lil Wayne On Season 2 Of Her Talk Show [Video]

Earlier today, season 2 of Katie Couric‘s talk show premiered on ABC and one of the special guests on the show was Lil Wayne.

Tune talked about their first interview from four years ago, the story behind his seizures, why he stopped drinking syrup, co-writing “How To Love” with Detail for his daughter and daughters all over the world, why his mother made him drop out of high school, his time in jail, being an influence for kids in New Orleans, skateboarding, and then reviewed Katie‘s revamped minivan.
