A couple of months ago, we were warned that Lil Wayne would be teaming up with A Bathing Ape and UGG to release their second campaign after their first campaign with the sheepskin mouton coat and mitten gloves was successful.

This new SS19 campaign from BAPE and UGG includes a sheepskin slide and a sheepskin sneaker. According to Hypebeast, the new collection will be released tomorrow (April 27th) at all BAPE retailers and on the official website.

On February 21st, Lil Wayne was a surprise guest at the “ComfyCush High School” event by Vans, which took place at The 1896 studio in Brooklyn, New York.

The RVSP-only event was put on to celebrate the new Vans ComfyCush Era. While he was in attendance, Weezy put on a live show for everyone.

The NFL wide receiver rocked a pair of “Dedication 12” customized Under Armour cleats before his recent game for the Atlanta Falcons against the New Orleans Saints.

Damian Lillard will be releasing a new sneaker soon that is a collaboration between Adidas and A Bathing Ape.

While at the Adidas headquarters in Portland, Oregon recently, Dame D.O.L.L.A. revealed to GQ that it was Lil Wayne who inspired his new shoe as his fondest memories of Bape are when Weezy used to wear the clothing line back in 2005 – 2006 (BET Awards, “Hustler Musik” music video, Vibe magazine cover, etc).
