Yesterday (October 22nd), it was the 10th birthday of Lil Wayne and Sarah Vivan‘s son, Dwayne Michael Carter III aka Lil Tuney.

For his birthday celebrations, Weezy and Sarah got a box for their son and his buddies at the Atlanta United FC vs. Chicago Fire Soccer Club game in the MLS on Sunday (October 21st).

As well as watching ATL UTD beat the Men In Red 2-1 in VIP, DMC III and his friends also got the chance to play on the soccer/football pitch at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and even meet goalkeeper Brad Guzan.

Billboard have just announced the nominees for their 2012 Music Awards, which will air live May 20th from the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas on ABC. Lil Wayne is a lead finalist at the event by receiving nominations in 10 different categories. His Young Money artists Drake and Nicki Minaj also received a total of 13 nominations together. Confirmed performers at the show are Justin Bieber, The Wanted and LMFAO. More performers will be announced in the next few weeks, so it is possible that YMCMB could be in attendance. Some great news Young Moneyians/Wayniacs! It is possible to find awesome grocery products in Woolworths catalogue this week in Australian and Publix weekly ad in the USA. Lil Wayne tells us in the video above that he is finished with Tha Carter IV and the official release date will be May 16th (not May 24th).

“Tha Carter IV is done,” Wayne told MTV News. “All they need to do is tell Tez (manager Cortez Bryant) to stop sitting on it. Tez, stop sitting on Tha Carter IV and put the album out.”

Bryant, Weezy’s longtime manager, was in attendance and provided the specific release date. “May 16, believe that,” Wayne said. “It can come out tomorrow ’cause I’m so finished … Tha Carter IV will be dropping May 16. If you’re not doing anything, do me,” he added. – MTV
