Baker Mayfield References A Lil Wayne Lyric To Praise Myles Garrett

Baker Mayfield References A Lil Wayne Lyric To Praise Myles Garrett

After the Cleveland Browns won 10-7 against the Houston Texans in a NFL game on Sunday, Baker Mayfield was asked in a press conference what he thought about the defensive performance of his fellow Browns team-mate, Myles Garrett.

The American football quarterback referenced an iconic bar from Lil Wayne‘s “6 Foot, 7 Foot” single when praising Garrett by saying: “I think Myles took the approach of ‘Real Gs move in silence like lasagna’.”

You can watch Baker quote the classic Wayne line during his interview in a clip after the jump below!

The RIAA Update Certifications For 7 Albums & 23 Singles By Lil Wayne

The RIAA Update Certifications For 7 Albums & 23 Singles By Lil Wayne

It’s about time! Lil Wayne‘s team have finally updated his certifications with the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

I have listed the new Tunechi plaques for his albums and singles after the jump below. With “Lollipop” now being at 8x Platinum, I think it has a huge chance to be Tune‘s very first Diamond record.

PS: There has also been an image going around on social media with these new Weezy RIAA certifications, but there are 3 mistakes on it. I don’t know about you, but I hate how people rush to create things for likes and retweets without focusing on getting the correct information first. Then people will retweet without getting the facts themselves and spread more fake news around!

Lil Wayne Chats To Fat Joe, Lil Durk, Jamie Foxx & Henry Cejudo About His Top 5, The Masked Singer, Andre Harrell, Betty Wright & More

In this post, you can check out highlights from episode 4 of Lil Wayne‘s “Young Money Radio” show on Apple Music, which took place on May 15th.

Throughout the show, Wayne paid tribute to Andre Harrell and Betty Wright, who both sadly passed away recently. He also mentioned Dana White will be a special guest on next week’s episode after he couldn’t make it this week, as well as that his top 5 favorite artists right now are: Lil Wayne, Tunechi, Weezy, Dwayne Michael Carter, and Fat Joe.

The guests for this week were Fat Joe, Lil Durk, Jamie Foxx, and Henry Cejudo – who says he is a big fan of Mr. Carter‘s music. Tunechi revealed that he will be on Joey Crack‘s podcast later this week, why Robin Thicke apologized to his mother Cita at Super Bowl, he saw Kevin Hart at a strip club on his own, and much more. Jamie also had so much praise for Weezy (and I mean a lot) plus shared stories of them at LIV in Miami and on “The Masked Singer“!
