Lil Wayne Shows Off Dance Moves To Drake Nice For What, Performs Live At Story Nightclub

I previously posted up a video on Monday of Lil Wayne at Story Nightclub announcing he had a meeting about the release date of Tha Carter V, and now we can see some more footage from the party.

On June 23rd, Weezy hosted an event in Miami, Florida and during his appearance, he got on stage with his Young Money artists Jay Jones and Euro to perform “I’m Goin’ In“, “A Milli“, “6 Foot, 7 Foot“, “Steady Mobbin’“, and “No Problem” live.

Tunechi also showed off his dance moves to Drake’s “Nice For What” single, which made DJ Stevie J shout: “That boy be doing the Chris Brown, boy” before Tune replied back: “I’m old, I was doing the Bobby Brown”. You can check out a clip of all of this after the jump below!

While on stage, Weezy performed “Mr. Carter“, “Got Money“, “I’m Goin’ In“, “John“, “Believe Me“, “Bitches Love Me“, “Rich As Fuck“, “6 Foot, 7 Foot“, “Go DJ“, “Lollipop“, “Mrs. Officer“, “Every Girl” with Mack Maine, “Rollin’“, “Wasted“, “Pop That“, “HYFR“, “Loyal“, “The Motto“, “I’m Me“, “No Worries“, “A Milli“, “No Problem“, “Steady Mobbin’“, and brought out Gudda Gudda.

During the music festival, Wayne performed “Mr. Carter“, “Got Money“, “I’m Goin’ In“, “John“, “Believe Me“, “Bitches Love Me“, “Rich As Fuck“, “6 Foot, 7 Foot“, “Go DJ“, “Lollipop“, “Mrs. Officer“, “Every Girl“, “Rollin’“, “Kush“, “Pussy, Money, Weed“, “Wasted“, “Pop That“, “HYFR“, “A Milli“, “No Problem“, and “Steady Mobbin’” live.

Throughout the concert, Weezy also confirmed his upcoming Tha Carter V album is now free to be released by telling someone in the crowd with a “Free C5” t-shirt:

“Free Tha Carter V, I see the shirt, it’s free homey, it’s free now, don’t worry about it”

For the tenth anniversary of Tha Carter III on June 10th, Billboard asked a few of the people involved with the classic Lil Wayne album to speak all about it.

Producers Bangladesh, Play-N-Skillz, Dre from Cool & Dre, and David Banner, as well as singer Bobby V discussed how the C3 songs came together and what the album’s legacy is looking like.

You can check out everything what they all had to say below. My favorite story has to be Banner revealing how he originally created “La La” for the film Shrek, but Wayne was like: “Fuck Shrek! I want that!”
