The song, which was also co-produced by Swizz and AraabMuzik, can be found on the New York rap legend’s posthumous album, Exodus 1:7, available on streaming platforms now.

DMX & Lil Wayne Dogs Out Collaboration To Also Feature Swizz Beatz

Back in October last year, Lil Wayne revealed in an interview that he had just recorded a new feature verse for DMX and then the New York rap legend confirmed the collaboration during his Drink Champs conversation earlier this year.

Now we have a few more details about the upcoming song and that is it will be titled “Dog’s Out“, as well as also feature Swizz Beatz, who possibly even produced it.

The track will appear on the late rapper’s forthcoming posthumous album, Exodus 1:7, which will be released later this month on May 28th! Are you looking forward to hearing the collab?

Lil Wayne Pays Tribute To The Late DMX During Triller Fest, Watch His Full Set

Over the weekend on May 1st, Lil Wayne headlined this year’s Triller Fest at the Miami Marine Stadium in Miami, Florida.

During his 1-hour set, Wayne performed the hits and features that he usually performs live. However, there was one new song that Weezy added to his setlist and that was Jack Harlow’s “What’s Poppin’” remix, which he also mentioned he had been learning the words for it all day.

Tunechi also brought out Gudda Gudda and 2 Chainz during his set, as well as paid tribute to the late DMX, who sadly passed away from a heart attack last month, by recalling their first meet over 20 years ago while on the Cash Money/Ruff Ryders tour. DMX recently sat down with N.O.R.E. aka Noreaga and DJ EFN for an interview on the newest episode of their “Drink Champs” podcast that you can watch below.

At the 27:15 mark of their conversation, DMX revealed he has a new Lil Wayne feature for his upcoming currently untitled album, as well as features from Pop Smoke, the Griselda boys, Usher, Bono, Alicia Keys, The LOX, and Snoop Doog.

After the Los Angeles Lakers won the recent NBA Finals championship, Lil Wayne appeared on the “ALL BALL with Doug Gottlieb” podcast, which you can check out below.

During their 50-minute conversation, Wayne spoke on being a Lakers fan, first meeting the late Kobe Bryant, having some stuff in the works with Kobe before he passed away, his thoughts on LeBron James moving to the Lakers, and how he will be celebrating their latest win by going to the studio.

Weezy also discussed growing up in New Orleans, how his stepfather Rabbit convinced his mother Cita to be a rapper, recording a recent feature for DMX, the recording process for his very first album, his favorite meal that his mom cooks, his favorite sneakers, his half-brother Semaj, buying a Nissan Pathfinder with his very first paycheck, the success of his first solo album Tha Block Is Hot, why so many artists in the music industry try and sound like Drake, the last time he was on stage, and the “colossal” change in how music is downloaded now compared to how it was at the start of his career.

Before his interview with Doug Gottlieb wrapped up, Tunechi recalled his trip to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia at the end of last year and told the story of how he nearly didn’t get into the country, as well as how “Your Excellency” helped him out!
