Similar to last year, Lil Wayne made a virtual appearance on the 2021 NFL Draft-A-Thon fundraiser, which is supporting pandemic recovery in the hardest hit communities, from his TRUKSTOP private facility last night in Florida.

During the live stream, Weezy shared his thoughts to hosts Kay Adams and Deion Sanders about the reports that Aaron Rodgers has said he did not want to return to the Green Bay Packers by revealing he is “a little torn right now”, but he totally understands it.

Tunechi also spoke on his upcoming first show since the COVID-19 pandemic tomorrow night in Miami, being nervous for the concert, his friends and doctors making him cut down his studio hours from 36 to 18 in a single day, and planning to film his recording process in the studio!

Lil Wayne joined Day 1 of the 2020 NFL Draft-A-Thon live from his home in Miami, Florida to chat with co-hosts Rich Eisen and Deion Sanders about numerous subjects, such as how he became a Green Bay Packers fan.

Also on the live stream at the same as Wayne for his 23 minutes was: George Kittle, Charles Woodson, LaDainian Tomlinson, Jared Allen, Brett Favre, Tony Gonzalez, Quavo, Randall Cunningham, Lamar Jackson, Big Boi, Michael Vick, and Kyle Brandt!

Last night, Lil Wayne hosted the first episode of Young Money Radio on Apple Music that included him teasing new music and interviewing special guests.

During the radio show, Weezy announced he will be releasing a deluxe edition of his Funeral album soon and previewed 2 new songs from it, which you can listen to below. One of these is “Love You Fuck You” featuring Jessie Reyez and another is “Help” featuring Tory Lanez.

The guests who Tunechi interviewed were Travis Scott (told him to send him some beats), Lil Baby, Jessie Reyez, Babyface, Deion Sanders, Jedrick Wills Jr., and the mayor of New Orleans – LaToya Cantrell. He also announced that himself and Apple Music are donating $200,000.00 to the N.O. for a COVID-19 relief fund!

BET have partnered up with United Way Worldwide to support African Americans that have been seriously impacted by the COVID-19 disease.

They have created a fundraiser titled “Saving Our Selves: A BET COVID-19 Relief Effort”, which included a video appearance from Lil Wayne at his private indoor TRUKSTOP skate park (watch below).

Wayne had a message for the people in his hometown New Orleans, Louisiana who are suffering from this coronavirus by telling them to keep strong and stay safe. He also gave praise to the health care workers by calling them “the real heroes” and “iconic figures”, as well as extended his condolences to DJ Black N Mild!
