Producer Infamous Says There Is An Extended Version Of Lil Wayne & Kendrick Lamar Mona Lisa Collaboration

Infamous recently chopped it up wit DJ Booth about his work on Lil Wayne‘s new album, Tha Carter V, especially the “Mona Lisa” song featuring Kendrick Lamar.

The producer discussed when Tunechi first started working on “Mona Lisa“, how they decided to put Kendrick on it, working on the beat and vocals during the 4-year lawsuit, how it feels now that the collaboration is finally out, and more.

Also during their conversation, Infamous revealed that there was 35 seconds taken off of “Mona Lisa“, so when they shoot a music video, he thinks those 35 seconds will return. The producer even added if C5 hadn’t of come out this year or next year, he would of leaked the track himself, as well as that there is so much more Weezy music on the way!

Nae Nae revealed she is listening to the “great” project non-stop, explained why she respects Lil Wayne, and added how proud she is that her dad didn’t lose hope or give up during the lawsuit against Cash Money Records, which seemed to last forever!

While at the 14th annual A3C Music Festival & Conference in Atlanta earlier this month, Mannie Fresh chopped it up with Shaheem Reid for LiveXLive.

During their conversation, which you can check out below, Mannie spoke on how it feels to have produced on the No. 1 album Tha Carter V, knowing Tunechi‘s father personally, working with Tune, and more.

Fresh also mentioned that him and Wayne did 13 songs for Carter V, but dumbed it down to just 2 songs in 3 days (“Start This Shit Off Right” and “Perfect Strangers“). He then said that him and Weezy have talked about dropping these unreleased tracks on a project possibly called “Fresh Files” after the C5 hype has died down!

Lil Wayne Addresses Frank Isola & Eli Manning Over Their Comments About An Odell Beckham Interview

Lil Wayne has took to social media today to address all of the negative feedback about Odell Beckham Jr.‘s interview, who had Wayne sitting next to him, with journalist Josina Anderson.

The Young Money founder first responded to sportswriter Frank Isola after he was quoted saying “how can Odell Beckham be taken seriously if Lil Wayne’s sitting next to him?”. Weezy had the following to say:

“Frank, I actually like you when you come on television. You mentioned my name this time though and when that happens I’m going to fight back. You all know I don’t get on here to do this. I only get on here to do positive things and say great things. But Frank, come on, I don’t know much about you and the fact is, you don’t know much about me so with that said… keep my name out your mouth.”

“So to answer your question as to why should you take him serious if he’s sitting next to Lil Wayne? To answer that is because Lil Wayne is serious, and I was serious when I said keep my name out your mouth, Frank.”

The New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning mentioned “I don’t watch Lil Wayne much” when he was asked about Odell‘s interview and Tune was not cool with this:
