Yung Bleu has released a new single from his forthcoming album, TANTRA, due to be released this Friday (November 11th).

The collaboration, which samples a sped-up version of Musiq Soulchild’s “Love“, is called “Soul Child” and features a verse from Lil Wayne.

You can listen to “Soul Child” below! What are your thoughts on this new song from Bleu and Wayne? The two of them last worked together on Chris Brown’s “Possessive“!

For #ThrowbackThursday today, here is some footage of Lil Wayne on the red carpet at the 3rd annual Vibe Awards in Culver City, California back in November, 2005.

Tunechi walked the red carpet backstage with his current girlfriend at the time, Trina, and his Young Money artist at the time, Curren$y. He also did an interview with Fonzworth Bentley from E! and gave a shout out to Christopher El Bueno from Dashboard Entertainment.

At the end of the #TBT clip, which you can watch down below, Weezy announced his next single off Tha Carter II would be “Grown Man“. I’m not too sure what made them change their mind as we all know that “Grown Man” was never made into a single even though I personally think it would have been a great choice! Would you of liked to see it as a single?

The Game recently sat down with Jeremy Hecht for an interview to promote his upcoming Drillmatic album.

During their conversation, Game was asked about his “My Life” single featuring Lil Wayne and revealed how him and Wayne first met.

When talking about “My Life“, the Compton rapper says the hook from Tunechi originally came from an outro Tune did for another one of their songs that Cool & Dre produced.

You can check out the full convo after the jump below. I don’t think Game is aware of this, but many Weezy fans will know that he first sang this chorus on Birdman’s “So Tired” song back in 2007!
