It is worth repeating as a counter to Lil Wayne’s complicity with the kind of musical fascism that runs through the country like an electric current:

“Emmett Till’s body arrived home in Chicago in September 1955. White racists in Mississippi had tortured, mutilated, and killed the young 14-year-old African-American boy for allegedly whistling at a white woman. Determined to make visible the horribly mangled face and twisted body of the child as an expression of racial hatred and killing, Mamie Till, the boy’s mother, insisted that the coffin, interred at the A.A. Ranier Funeral Parlor in the South Side of Chicago, be left open for four long days. While mainstream news organizations ignored the horrifying image, Jet magazine published an unedited photo of Till’s face taken while he lay in his coffin. Shaila Dawn points out that “[m]utilated is the word most often used to describe the face of Emmett Till after his body was hauled out of the Tallahatchie river in Mississippi. Inhuman is more like it: melted, bloated, missing an eye, swollen so large that its patch of wiry hair looks like that of a balding old man, not a handsome, brazen 14-year-old boy.” The Jet photos not only made visible the violent effects of the racial state; they also fuelled massive public anger, especially among blacks, and helped to launch the Civil Rights Movemen

  • John Drabble

Lil Wayne, in a remix version of the song Karate Chop by rapper Future, mocked Emmett Till with the lyric: “. . . beat the pussy up like Emmett Till.”

  • Wayne 4 Life

Dope hook weezy! I figured it was time for me to pay my dues to LilWayneHQ.com…..so my next post on here will be my take on Lil Wayne’s IANAHB 2 album, this will include what i thought about song’s like “I’m Good” Featuring Meek
Mill and “Starring at the World” and the original version of “I Ain’t Nervous” and “Beat the Shit”. By the way, for all of you out there with a twitter, this is YoungTunechiYM. If you aren’t following me then you should again it’s…wait I dont need to tell you mothafuckas lol it’s already there. So stay TUNEd for my take on IANABH 2. And if you don’t care about what i have to say then fuck you and then dont bother reading this then.

  • Wayne 4 Life

To those who chose to read this…thank you. To those who chose not to read this…fuck you. You guys can have your opinions about this but this is my opinion.

Lil Wayne’s “I Am Not A Human Being II”
    Release Date: March 26, 2013

    1. IANAHB
    – I think this was a very different way for Wayne to open up his album. For instance, on “Tha Carter 4”, Weezy opened up with “Intro” which was a constant tempo beat with very catchy and witty punch lines. IANAHB could be unliked by many people due to the delay before Tune actually starts to speak. Cause let’s be honest, I didn’t buy IANAHB2 to hear some dude jam out on a piano, I want to hear what Weezy was gunna say, so the 1:47 delay did upset me. I think his rhymes were above average. Tunechi did mention his usual topics of “Pussy”, “eating pussy”, “his dick”, “fake niggas”, “blood affiliation”, etc. I think that the piano was a great change, it was a sick piano beat and Weezy went perfectly with it. His flow was decent, and his message was very clear. He wanted to explain that he wasn’t a human being and that his thoughts were unique. So when he spoke on transformers I knew he was the old Wayne. Towards the end of the song I felt that Tunechi ran out of thoughts and just ranted.
But overall, I give the song “IANAHB” a 6 out of 10.

    2. Curtains (Feat. Boo)
    – This song is a very interesting song and a very good topic to speak on. Due to the fact that earlier in the year we received the song “I Ain’t Nervous” which was the original of this song, we hear that Weezy changed some lyrics around and did some stuff to it. I think “Curtains” is an amazing song. It has everything to it that a Lil Wayne fan could ask. It has a good autotune of Tunechi’s voice, the tempo of the beat couldn’t be better, and Tunechi speaks a lot on this track with some great punch lines and rhymes. Oh and let’s not forget that it’s catchy. Now in the original version 1, “I Ain’t Nervous” Lil Wayne says “I’m getting head behind the Maybach curtains” before the opening verse starts. In the version 2, “Curtains” Lil Wayne says “And I got all my niggas in that truck like an Excursion”….I like version 2 part better, it flowed more. He also says in version 1 “Niggas crying wolf, well I’ll wipe them tears away” and in version 2 he says “For them dead presidents, we will start digging graves”. I liked version 1 part better, it just sounded better and kinda stayed on topic. In version 1 he says “saw my enemy at the light, I told Marley light the weed, then I lit them niggas up before that mothafucka turned green” and in version 2 he says “saw my enemy at the light, shot him up before it turned green, man my niggas got them birds you ain’t even got bird seeds”. I liked version 1 better, cause it kinda was like a picture that you could actually see happening. And finally he said in version 1 “her pussy so wet, it keep sliding off” but in a version that we heard on the Lil Wayne skate video he said “this bitch italian, I eat her Olive Garden” and then finally in the last version of this song we heard him say “She bout to blow, like a signing bonus”. I think the final version was much better, it just was funnier lol it was so Tunechi to say that. lol
Overall I give “Curtains” (Feat. Boo) a 8.5 out of 10.

    3. Days and Days (Feat. 2 Chainz)
    – This song is very good, straight up. 2 chainz was a perfect feature for this and his verse was perfectly placed. I loved how the opening and closing singer is a female and she says the title in her lines. Weezy opened up with a classic lyrics “Money ain’t shit, bitches ain’t neither”. The beat was a perfect pace, and the build up was great. I really really loved how Tunechi put a dope ass line in each of his verses in the same about spot. It made each verse just take off. In verse 1 he says “And your main girl is a hoe, I go Wayne’s world in her throat, she swallowed so many nuts, you fuck around find a squirrel in that hoe, I go tape worm in that hoe let my snake squirm in that hoe, nigga we take turns in that hoe, these niggas so green they glow” and then follows up with a sick line of “I am the best thing since wet pussy” lol and in the 2nd verse he says “I’m so fuckin’ hot I ssssss, I’m a need some more S’s”. That was a sick way to drop into the second verse. 2 chainz did his thing and my favorite line was “2 chainz my first chain had a twin”. Great way to start it, great way to go about the song and a great ending with the female singer.
Overall I give “Days and Days” (Feat. 2 Chainz) a 9 out of 10.

    4. Gunwalk (Feat. Gudda Gudda)
    – I think this song has potential to be better but it’s too late now. I like this song, I like the feature and the beat and the hook. I just don’t like how it was put together, it feels to slow to start and it just seems to never pick up, it’s a very dark beat. The lyrics were dope please don’t get me wrong. His word play was impeccable like usual and his flow was great. I just didn’t feel it this song, if Tunechi didn’t have an amazing 2 verses I probably wouldn’t have liked it. Gudda Gudda did an average job, I’ve never been a Gudda Gudda fan, maybe only on “As the World Turns” was the only song I liked of his. There’s not much I have to say nor want to say about this song. I just like it, the hook was very catchy….just not for the radio.
Overall I give “Gunwalk” (Feat. Gudda Gudda) a solid 8 out of 10.

    5. No Worries (Feat. Detail)
    – I’m not gunna say much at all on this song just because it was a single. All of the singles I won’t say much on just cause it’s already out. It’s not so new. “No Worries” is a great song. It’s catchy as fuck, it gets me out of my seat, but it CAN be overplayed! I’ve heard it too much to enjoy it. Tunechi did deliver 2 great lines to go out on each verse. You already know them so I won’t write them out. The music video was decent too, just trippy lol
Overall I give “No Worries” (Feat. Detail) a solid 8 out of 10. And the music video a 6.5 out of 10.

    6. Back To You
    – 1 word….masterpiece. “Back To You” is probably my favorite song off of IANAHB2 if not close. Like “Days and Days” Tunechi had a unnamed person sing the opening, and closing as well as the hook. The hook was an amazing hook, very catchy. And the fact that Lil Wayne sang on this song instead of just rapping was amazing. Tune’s lyrics had a story to them if anyone paid attention. It just wasn’t him rapping about being high and eating pussy. He had a message to say. So if you don’t know the message, go listen. His lyrics were a solid 10 and his flow was obviously a 10.
Overall I give “Back To You” a solid 10 out of 10.

    7. Trigger Finger (Feat. Soulja Boy)
    – Okay, #1….Soulja Boy?? WTF? Where the hell did he come from? I thought he was fuckin’ dead lol just kidding, but like what the fuck? I’ve never heard Weezy ever with him so why did he put him on the album? Anyway, I think “Trigger Finger” is a great song, a little different from what we’re used to. The flow of the beat was different, but I feel that Tunechi did his thing and went in on his verses. My favorite line has to be “how the fuck you gon’ talk shit to diarrhea?” lol classic Tune! Not too much to say on this song.
Overall I give “Trigger Finger” (Feat. Soulja Boy) a 6 out of 10. It was a simple song, nothing stood out to me, Soulja Boy’s verse wasn’t amazing or anything so this song is just there I guess.

    8. Beat The Shit (Feat. Gunplay)
    – I think this was a weird song lol I don’t like how he opened up with a slow autotuned flow. Just threw me off cause I was expecting it to drop. I don’t like Gunplay in the beginning, didn’t feel right without Weezy starting it. Wayne’s verses went in though! I like how he said “Shit Stains” in his first verse lol again, not too much to say about this track…another average Tunechi song.
Overall, “Beat the Shit” (Feat. Gunplay) gets a 7 out of 10 from me.

    9. Rick As Fuck (Feat. 2 Chainz)
    – Again, not saying much. 2 Chainz featuring twice on the album was a great idea. RAF is a great song. Music video gets a 9 out of 10.
Overall it gets a 9 out of 10.

    10. Trippy (Feat. Juicy)
    – This was a very trippy song! lol I listened to this song high and sober. I experience it differently when I’m high haha it’s better high. I like how Wayne opened the song immediately. His lyrics were perfect for the song and how he described what he was feeling and seeing was great. I could actually picture him being fucked up and doing this lol I like the use of the acronym “DWI”. The hook was very catchy and good lol
Overall I give this song a solid 9 out of 10.

    11. Bitches Love Me (Feat. Drake and Future)
-Overall rating is a 10 out of 10. Music video gets a 9 out of 10. Drake was great. Great song.

    12. Romance
    – This was another masterpiece. Wayne did a great job opening and singing. The message was clear and the beat was unique. The word “romance” was used perfectly and it just felt right….pause. But yes it was a great song…definitely not good enough to be a single but it was perfect of the album.
Overall it gets a 9.5 out of 10.

    13. God Bless Amerika
    – First of all…classic Tunechi thing to do and spell it “Amerika”…..fucking funny. lol Great use of instruments, great slow opening but not too slow. Great lyrics, witty punch lines. Message was clear as hell, great use of words. Perfect tempo and length. Good song.
Overall it gets a 9 out of 10.

    14. Wowzers
    – Crazy song, funny as hell. Typical Lil Wayne being crazy lol funny ass hook, weird beat but Tune made it work. Lyrics were above average but classic Weezy. I loved the line “And these hoes love Wayne, got a bunch of dimes that’s chump change” haha nice Wayne!
Overall it gets an 8.5 out of 10.

    15. Hello
    – I’m sorry Lil Wayne, but no. This song is my least favorite song on this album. Lil Wayne, you did rock like 3 years ago. Now you skate, you can’t do both. Don’t mention “chicken bone nowison” in your song. No. Bad song. This song seems like it was just thrown together. I hated the feature Shane…it sucked, I’m sorry but I had to turn this song off.
I have to say, this is the lowest rating I think I ever gave a Lil Wayne song, but it gets a 3 out of 10. They definitely shoulda put “I’m Good” (Feat. Meek Mill) in that spot.

    16. Lay It Down (Feat. Nicki Minaj)
    – I didn’t like the beat at all. It was weird. It was not for Weezy. Weezy did his best he could but it just wasn’t good enough. Nothing could have saved this beat. Nicki Minaj did an average job, he coulda used her better in a better song.
    Overall I give it a 7 out of 10.

    17. Hot Revolver (Feat. Dre)
    – Great placement of the song. I’m glad he changed it. We saw this song first appear on his rock album “Rebirth” and back then I didn’t like it too much then. But he definitely improved it and it was great to put on the album. I like how Dre was featured too. I liked the second verse and how Tune mentioned his seizures and used witty lines. Wayne went in on both verses. Overall a great song.
    Overall I give it a 9.5 out of 10.
A side note: I wonder if he means Dhea when he talks about the girl in the second verse?

    18. My Homies Stil (Feat. Big Sean)
    – Wow, I havent heard that song in a while lol I can tell why they put it last on the album. lol it’s too old, overplayed. The song was great though for a single…about a year ago lol I’m glad it was put there, I’m glad he did it, cause it was a great song but they could have left that song off lol probably most of us would have forgotten it was even a single lol
Overall I give it a 8.5 out of 10. And the video gets a 9 out of 10..it was cool.

    Other tracks:

    1. Shit Stains
    – Great song, love it! Should have been in place of “Hello”. I like how he used “And I don’t know how fake feel nigga…..” line and how he used the verse in Bow Wow’s “Sweat” song in his second verse. Good job. Made it a little easier since he’s used them before. But overall a great song, should have been a normal track on the album.
Overall it gets a 10 out of 10.

    2. Starring At The World
    – Amazing song. Should have been on the album. Great flow, beat was unique and amazing. Great song overall.
Overall it gets a 10 out of 10.

    3. I’m Good (Feat. Meek Mill)
    – Dope song! It goes hard, gangsta. Lyrics are above average but not stupid. Meek Mill was good on it. This feels like the old Weezy. Great song, should have been on the album! No doubt, it should but it also feels like it’s different and wouldn’t have fit the album. I don’t know but all I know is it was a great song.
Overall it gets a 9.5 out of 10.

    ________________________

So there it is everyone. If you actually took the time to read what I was saying I seriously thank you. This took me a while to do and it took me a while to formulate my opinion on this album. I am a Lil Wayne fan for life. If you’re still reading then thank you. I am on twitter, my twitter is @YoungTunechiYM…yes everyone that recognizes that name, hello this is me. I have a few things to say then I will give my overall rating on the album. First off, fuck the haters. I don’t care what you write back about my opinions if you’re gunna hate. I will just laugh at what shit you’re gunna say about me. If you want to write what you thought about my take on the album then thank you but fuck haters. Second, good job to Lil Wayne for releasing his 10th studio album and getting 278,944 copies in 2 weeks. Thank you to him and the fans.

Overall I give Lil Wayne’s “I Am Not A Human Being II” album a solid 9 out of 10. Definitely more organized than the first IANAHB. You could definitely tell Wayne put more into this one. Great job overall. Some great songs, and a few not so great but Tunechi, keep doin’ your thing! The leak definitely hurt Weezy’s sales. I mean honestly, after being pushed back like 3 times and then leaking, Tune had to know that people were obviously gunna get the leak cause they were dying to hear it. So that’s why I think he called it a “bum ass album” lol even though he was joking. Wayne, get some rest, no wonder why he’s having seizures from no sleep, because he worked so hard on this album. Get some rest Weezy and give us something good for “Devol” which should be next! in the meantime, I’m gunne rock out to IANAHB2 and the dope features that he keeps appearing on! I am definitely a happy Lil Wayne fan, plenty of music to last and more to come!

Thanks again if you’re still reading. Honestly idk if anyone is but if you are thank you! I am getting tired of writing so now I am leaving. Follow me on twitter: @YoungTunechiYM

    I am a Wayne fan 4 life!

YoungTunechiYM holla at cha boy! Peace!
