Lil Wayne has been announced as a live performer for Pharrell‘s annual “Something In The Water” music festival that is being presented by Walmart.

The three-day event will take place at Virginia Beach in Virginia from April 28th (Friday) to April 30th (Sunday). YouTube will be live-streaming the full festival. You can purchase your tickets for the show online here.

As well as Wayne, there will also be live performances from Clipse, Coi Leray, Jazmine Sullivan, Kehlani, Kid Cudi, Latto, Lil Durk, Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Yachty, Machine Gun Kelly, Mumford & Sons, Skrillex, Summer Walker, The Kid Laroi, Wale, Wu-Tang Clan, and many more artists! Are you going?

Last week, Lil Wayne and Wiz Khalifa had a studio session together to work on new music.

This news arrives not too long after the two of them sat down together along with Rick Ross and DJ Khaled for a “Self Made Tastes Better” roundtable discussion.

Tyreek Morrison, who was also in the studio with the “Living Right” collaborators, revealed on his Instagram Story that both Wayne and Wiz were “talkin bout the will Smith slap” and how it was the “funniest shit EVER”! Are you looking forward to hearing what they recorded?

I previously posted up some footage of Lil Wayne performing live at his 2018 NFL Draft Weekend Finale party just over a month ago, and now we see some footage of Wayne at Pryme Bar in Dallas, Texas on April 28th.

In the clip, Weezy can be seen chilling in the nightclub with Kisha Jackson, Nicole Lynn, Mack Maine, Gudda Gudda, Marley G, and HoodyBaby watching a game on television, as well as greeting his Young Money APAA Sports clients Derrius Guice and Dede Westbrook.
