Chance The Rapper & Lil Wayne Perform No Problem Live At NBA All Star Game

The following day after performing with Damian “Dame D.O.L.L.A.” Lillard on February 15th, Lil Wayne hit the stage with Chance The Rapper at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Chance brought out Wayne, who was rocking pants created from Kobe Bryant jerseys, to perform their “No Problem” collaboration live during the halftime show at the 69th annual NBA All-Star Game.

During his verse, Weezy switched up the lyrics a little bit to pay tribute to Kobe and his daughter Gianna after they passed away from a helicopter crash less than a month ago: “Rest in peace to Kobe Bryant and his daughter, blood”.

At the 17:15 mark of their conversation, Chance was asked who has the most fascinating recording process in the studio out of people he has worked with including Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar, Ed Sheeran, and Justin Bieber.

Less than a year after reaching sextuple Platinum status, DJ Khaled‘s “I’m The One” single featuring Lil Wayne, Justin Bieber, Quavo, and Chance The Rapper was certified septuple Platinum on June 4th.

According to the Recording Industry Association Of America (RIAA), the Nic Nac-produced collaboration that appears on Khaled‘s Grateful album has been streamed and had over 7,000,000 sales since it was first released on April 28th, 2017.

Lil Wayne has been announced as a headliner for this year’s Life Is Beautiful Music & Art Festival in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, which will take place over 3 days (September 20th – 22nd).

As well as Tunechi, there will also be live performances from Chance The Rapper, Post Malone, Billie Eilish, Black Keys, Gunna, Rae Sremmurd, Janelle Monae, Carly Rae Jepsen, Die Antwoord, and plenty more.

On December 23rd, 2018, Lil Wayne put on a live concert at the House Of Blues in Chicago, Illinois for a stop on his and TIDAL’s mini “I Ain’t Shit Without You” fan appreciation tour.

For his set list, Wayne performed “Mr. Carter“, “I’m Goin’ In“, “John“, “Got Money“, “6 Foot, 7 Foot“, “Ride For My Niggas (Sky Is The Limit)“, “Go DJ“, “Lollipop“, “Mrs. Officer“, “What About Me“, “Duffle Bag Boy“, “HYFR“, “Pistol On My Side“, “Pop That“, “The Motto“, “Rich As Fuck“, “I’m Me“, “Drop The World“, “Don’t Cry“, “Can’t Be Broken“, “Let It All Work Out“, “Dedicate“, “Let It Fly“, “Open Safe“, “Mona Lisa“, “Steady Mobbin’“, “A Milli“, and “Uproar” live.

Tunechi also brought out Chance The Rapper, who called him the “greatest rapper” and “living legend”, to perform “No Problem” live together. Before performing “Uproar“, Tune thanked JAY Z for helping him with his taxes and Swizz Beatz for sending him beats non-stop while he was down. He also spotted a woman in the crowd that looked like Khaleesi (Emilia Clarke) off Game Of Thrones.
