T-Pain Confirms A T-Wayne 2 Joint Album With Lil Wayne, Discusses The Rapper T-Wayne & More

Earlier this year, both T-Pain and Lil Wayne hinted at another joint album together, and now Pain has confirmed a T-Wayne II project will be happening.

While promoting his new album 1UP, which also includes the Wayne-featured song “Goat Talk“, T-Pain spoke one on one with Ebro for an interview on Beats 1 radio about the rapper who goes by the name of “T-Wayne”, his relationship with Weezy, the T-Wayne II project, and more.

From the 8:05 mark in the conversation below, Pain revealed him and Tunechi will be recording a T-Wayne II collaboration album and that he already has hooks done which he is about to send to Tune. He also spoke about why he put out the first T-Wayne project for free in 2017!

Vice Versa Confirm Lil Wayne Feature On Their Backwoods & Big Shots Mixtape

Young Money duo Vice Versa will be releasing their new project tomorrow (November 7th) called Backwoods & Big Shots that is being hosted by DJ $keme.

Some of the features for the mixtape have been confirmed and one is their boss Lil Wayne. The other confirmed features so far are fellow New Orleans natives Jay Jones, Lil Soulja Slim, T.Y., and Young Juve.

One-half of Vice Versa, who are Young Money Entertainment’s newest duo, Poppy Holden appeared on the From Da Bottom Podcast a couple of months ago for an interview to explain what life is like for an up-and-coming rapper on a major record label.

Throughout their conversation, Poppy chatted about working on a joint mixtape with music artists from the city of New Orleans, what the difference between NOLA and Los Angeles is, who he would compare his music to, when he decided to take music more seriously, what his favorite place to perform live at is, who he wants to collaborate with, and plenty more.

Poppy H also revealed what the most important things are that he has learned from his boss Lil Wayne, as well as confirmed Wayne will be featured on Vice Versa‘s upcoming 55 aka V|V project, which will have around 10 songs on it. You can listen to the full interview below!

Swizz Beatz recently did an interview with Pitchfork at Jungle City Studios in Manhattan, New York City.

During their conversation, Swizz announced that Lil Wayne will be featured on his upcoming album, Poison, due to be released sometime this summer.

It’s not been confirmed, but more than likely the collaboration will be the one that Beatz previewed last year, which samples Wayne‘s “pistol on my side, you don’t wanna hear that thing talk” bar off Drake’s “Forever” single!

Ty Dolla $ign and Jeremih recently sat down with J Cruz on Power 106’s “The Cruz Show” in Los Angeles to promote their upcoming joint album, MihTy, which will either be released at the end of this month, or in July.

Around the 8:15 mark of their interview, the two of them revealed that they have a feature from Lil Wayne on one of the songs off their forthcoming collaboration album. Jeremih even called it one of his favorites too!

Weezy was joined at the club by his Young Money artists, as well as Puerto Rican Latin trap and reggaeton singer Bad Bunny.

Both Mack Maine and Stephanie Acevedo took to their Instagram accounts to tease an upcoming song from Steph, Tunechi and Bunny:
