During their conversation at the 3:40 mark, Jack was asked how it was to get Lil Wayne on the remix to his “What’s Poppin” single, and he answered by saying it’s validating, a bucket list moment and something he has always dreamed about.

The Louisville rapper also revealed it was DJ Drama who put the “What’s Poppin” remix together and explained how all of the moments he has had with Wayne so far have been crazy, such as first meeting him and being interviewed on Young Money Radio last month!

Amazon Music have released a new video and interview with Lil Wayne from his Funeral album release party on a private yacht in Miami earlier this year (February 1st).

In the video, Weezy can be seen meeting and greeting everyone including his mother Jacida Carter, ex-fiancée La’Tecia Thomas, Birdman, Dani Leigh, Michael Irvin, Quinnen Williams, Shiggy, Stephen Jackson, YesJulz, and much more.

“I get to live my damn dream every day. That’s just me doing what I want to do, how I want to do it… I didn’t have that freedom for a long time.”

Tune also talks to the camera about being a machine, living his “damn dream every day”, reaching the thirteenth studio album of his career, having more than one type of sound on Funeral, and wanting a whole family to be able to play the project while heading to school!

Lil Wayne Says Thank You To Furniture Maker Gib Fortune For Building Him A Custom Green Bay Packers Themed Sofa

A furniture maker from Milwaukee by the name of Gib Fortune has paid tribute to Lil Wayne by creating him a custom-made Green Bay Packers couch.

The green and gold sofa, which includes colorful lighting and space for champagne, took Gib a total of two days to build. His dream is to see Weezy sitting on it in a video:

“I just want to see him in a video sitting on something that I created. It would mean the world to me to see him sitting on a Green Bay Packer sofa with an autographed Packer football.”

While at the Packers vs. Seahawks NFL game on January 12th, Tunechi was shown the couch and did a little shout out to Gib Fortune to say thank you, as well as to say that he can’t wait to get it in his man cave.
