Full Uncut & Uncensored Lil Wayne Movie By Jordan Tower

Today for #ThrowbackThursday, you can watch a raw, uncut and uncensored 1 hour and 30 minute movie on Lil Wayne that was recently released in full by Jordan Tower. As well as Weezy, there are appearances in the film by Cortez Bryant, Marley G, Fee Banks, Mr. G, and Nicki Minaj.

During the movie, we can see footage of Weezy doing a couple of interviews talking about how he first met Birdman and Slim to sign with Cash Money records, his discography, recording process, business ventures, what an average day is like for him, working, performing “Hello Brooklyn” live with JAY Z in New York, acting, why he hates NY, if he would ever do a reality TV show, and so much more.

In the film that was shot before Tha Carter III came out, we can also watch behind the scenes footage from Tunechi‘s “Money On My Mind” video shoot in Miami plus Tune recording “Higher Than A Kite” and “Young Money Ballaz” for Nicki’s Sucka Free mixtape. The YNT founder also spoke on recording the Hot Boys albums with Tunechi, his favorite verse from Tune, hearing “I Miss My Dawgs” for the first time while behind bars, what it was like when everyone left Cash Money Records, the Big Tymers (Birdman and Mannie Fresh), his “Zip It” single, and the “Baller Blockin’” movie.

Edward Buckles Films A Tribute Documentary For Lil Wayne Called House Of The Young

New Orleans filmmaker Edward Buckles recently shot a documentary titled “House Of The Young” that was played at the House Of Blues in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 2nd.

The film was debuted at the event, which was actually a full tribute to Lil Wayne as it had his songs being played all night.

You can check some clips from the film below that featured New Orleans residents talking about why they love Wayne, what they have learned from him, how he is so influential, their favorite songs, and plenty more.

Weezy even spotted the documentary/event himself and had the following to say about it: “Shout out to [Edward Buckles] and everyone who’s attending this event tonight! Means a lot! Just know I’m not shit without my city and all my fans! Giving me inspiration to come back home..Stay Tuned…”!

LT Hutton Hints At Lil Wayne Being On The All Eyez On Me Soundtrack Paying Homage To 2Pac

Record producer L.T. Hutton recently chopped it up with HipHopDX for an interview (see below) about the upcoming All Eyez On Me biopic.

During the conversation, Hutton hinted that Lil Wayne and Kendrick Lamar would both be making an appearance on the film’s soundtrack, which he mentioned would be full of songs paying homage and tribute to Pac:

“Lil Wayne never got to rap with Pac, so in the Pac spirit what kind of song would you create? Same thing with Kendrick, you love 2Pac and you say 2Pac would always be in your music, what does that song sound like?”

The movie is set to be released in theaters on June 16th, so we will find out the answer nearer to that date! Maybe we will be hearing the full track of Weezy‘s “That’s What Niggas Do“?

Earlier this month, Nate Parker made an appearance on Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club” radio show to chat with DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne Tha God, as well a to promote his “The Birth Of A Nation” film.

At the 27:45 mark of the interview, the actor/director/producer discussed the Gucci Mane and Lil WayneOh Lord” collaboration, which can be found on the official soundtrack for the movie.
